The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: \- Gated property with private security \- Check-in with English-speaking staff \- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.) \- Television / Cable TV \- Wi-Fi internet \- Air conditioning, Fans \- Terrace/balcony \- Tropical garden A few house rules: \- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). \- Pets are not allowed. \- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. \- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence. \- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
