From first day to last we enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. We will return next year if we visit Sorrento. The staff was efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. They took care of parking our rental car and bringing it out when we needed it. They helped with luggage, gave us direx to places we wanted to tour, and recommended restaurants. They were always cheerful, especially the singing waiter at breakfast every morning. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Coffee made to order, tasty pastries and breads, fruit, juice and all the accompaniments one would want. And the setting is beautiful. The entire hotel is lovely, exquisitely maintained, inside and out, and we loved the bountiful citrus trees in the garden, the sparkling clean pool and patio. There was not one glitch. We were a bit disappointed not to have a view room with balcony, but then again, we were so close to the dining room and to the garden, it worked out perfectly. Thanks to the management for a lovely five-night stay! Also glad to have a fridge in room.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, all spoke good English. Must be one the cleanest places I ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast, great coffee and very good choice of food. The view from our room was stunning. Worth paying extra for the see view. We will definitely go back. :)

A small historic hotel in a quiet location with superb views, comfortable and highly individual rooms, attentive staff, good food and many places to relax in tastefully furnished public rooms and within the grounds.
Wonderful hotel which provides comfort and a professional service. Would recommend a sea room, which provides breathtaking views of the bay and Vesuvius. Hotel shuttle bus into town was a must have for us. Nice large rooms, loads of space for clothes and the bed was both comfortable and big. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice, with a good mix of food and drink. Reception staff were good and provided a small breakfast bag when we checked out at 5am. Bar had a good selection of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine. Music entertainment was subtle and fitting. Pool and beach areas were nice and relaxing.
Sorrento is great, loads of bars and restaurants. Seriously recommend the local Christi wine, and the Giardini di Cataldo near the shuttle bus drop off point for ice cream and limoncello.
Plenty of choice on offer, and we all know what attractions the area provides. We booked a trip at the information place next to the train station, and got bus and train tickets at the shop next door.
We got a bus from the airport to Sorrento which was 10 euros each. Taxi from the coach stop (also the train station) to the hotel is short but the price was extortionate (as much as the bus for 2!). Maybe agree a fare before you get in! We had an early flight home, and used Leonardo (Sorrento) cars. There is a website, and i agreed a price of 70 euros via email. Nice driver who was prompt and friendly. Would recommend you go to Sorrento at least once and stay at the Parco dei Principi!
"Great hotel overlooking the main drag of Sorrento"
This was a real find for us. Only good things to say. The staff were outstanding, courteous and very helpful. Breakfasts were very good (continental). Location was super as you are in the center of town. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Nice hotel with a we onderful view. Rooms were small and bed was not comfortable but great location we hich overtook bed. Missing some normal amenities such as ironing boards and coffee service. Due to its small size some srevives were sacrificed. Restaurant was opened only at certain times and bar was unattended often. Staff was great though. Overall we had a nice stay.
This small town is wonderfully located over white steep cliffs and offers a fantastic view over the Bay of Naples. Typical products from Sorrento are produced with these Limoni: Limoncello, a very tasty lemon liqueur, lemon chocolate, colorful ceramic articles with lemon motives, or lemon soap. Or, try more than 70 different ice cream flavors at Gelateria Bougainvillea.
