"Nice hotel, really good service across the board"
Stayed here for a week and the service was consistently good. Nice clean room and the food is great. Good selection for the breakfast buffet and the food at lunch in the beach bar/evening in the restaurant was great. Loads of room at the private beach and the terrace provided a great view throughout the day. 20 walk into town or take the free shuttle bus.
Only minor grumble is that the evening meal and (especially) the bar were very expensive but you can say that about all of the really nice places in Sorrento so not a problem as such!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful! Our room was kept incredibly clean and although we had one of the smaller rooms with only a roof window the room was bright and airy. All of the food we tried at the hotel was of a high standard. The views towards Vesuvious, Capri and down towards Sorrento town were beautiful night and day from the comfortably furnished patio area . The courtesy bus into town was always on time with a very friendly bus driver and the journey took between 15-20 mins. I don't think there was much to do for younger children at the hotel but the one's we met seemed happy just to play in the pool..The pool was a little small and so there was a small charge to reserve sunbeds but this did discourage visitors from the normal getting up at the crack of dawn and placing towels on them! IAlthough we ordinarily prefer to try new destinations when going on holiday I certainly wouldn't mind visiting the hotel again at some point in the future .
A wonderful hotel in an excellent location overlooking the Bay of Naples. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the breakfasts but didn't use the main restaurant preferring to eat out at local restaurants. The Sorrento area is an excellent holiday base and we made full use of public transport which was within easy walking distance from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a quiet, elegant hotel in an outstandlingly beautiful area of Italy.
"Lovely hotel, well located with spectacular views."
The hotel was perfectly located near the town but overlooking the Bay of Naples. The restaurants, terraces, lobby, and pool areas were all beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The rooms and the bathrooms in particular, were large and very well-appointed. I look forward to staying here again some day.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were impressed with how we were treated by all the staff. They all seemed to want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location was perfect - only about a 10 minute walk to main town area. We had the bed and breakfast option which was lovely, most mornings we sat outside in the pretty court area which is well shaded. We booked a couple of excursions through the tourist information place in town and everything went according to plan. Had a lovely drive along the Amalfi coast , visited Pompeii and trekked up Mount Vesuvius. The only trip we didn't manage was to the Isle of Capri, this was due to the weather. All in all a fantastic week was spent, enjoying tasty local cuisine and wine, found all the locals to be really friendly.

Our visit hear was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful with incredible views and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sorrento is a fabulous place to visit with lots of little side streets and great little restaurants and shops. There is an amazing little pizza restaurant at the top of the road opposite the hotel where we enjoyed both incredible evening meals and lunches. We would return in a heartbeat
We stayed for our wedding in August 2015. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Cloisters for the Bride and is a nice setting for photographs etc. Good breakfast, pool a little on the small size but roof terrace is good for drinks and dining.
Only complaint was that when you leave the do not disturb sign on the door, staff still entered the room to make bed/change towels.
This small town is wonderfully located over white steep cliffs and offers a fantastic view over the Bay of Naples. Typical products from Sorrento are produced with these Limoni: Limoncello, a very tasty lemon liqueur, lemon chocolate, colorful ceramic articles with lemon motives, or lemon soap. Or, try more than 70 different ice cream flavors at Gelateria Bougainvillea.
