I was over 30 minutes past 8pm meeting the receptionist for check-in and he waited up for me to arrive. Normally there’s an extra cost for checking in after receptionist working hours but he didn’t add the extra charge. Very nice of him. The accommodation is located conveniently near the tourist areas are at.

We did not realise at the time of booking that this was just a B&B place , with no facilities for breakfast . For use of the elevator to carry our bags , a payment of 10c is required every time . We did not carry small change , hence had to manually lift our bags both inward and outward. Location is a bit off the centre of town.

The guest house Sorrento
Great location but some rooms do get a bit of traffic noise.there isn't breakfast provided as some have said in the past but for the money a good place to stay,friendly staff and helpful.

Like having my own apartment in Sorrento
I spent five nights here on my own, and it felt like I lived here. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and only around when you need them, contributing to the feeling of having your own place.

Fabulous location
The location is superb, our room was lovely and tidy and the reception team were really friendly. This is a hidden gem, when you arrive it looks as though you are entering a residential apartment but what is hidden within is great, only 4 rooms but super spacious and clean.

Cheap and for a reason.
Very loud location. Hot water for showers lasted no more than three minutes. Shower arm was broken so you need to squat during your shower. The tea kettle leaked all over. Breakfast cappuccinos and orange juice were good, but very sweet croissants everyday get old. Bed was cozy, and staff was mostly kind. The short blonde gal was not kind and acted like we were nuisance. The brunette was very nice. Cheap, but not cheap enough for me to want to stay again. When the locals don't know where you are staying it is a bit unsettling.

When we arrived the B and B was difficult to find, we rang the number given and the lady on the phone said she was waiting outside and hung up on us. When we rang again to explain we needed directions she hung up on us again. When we finally arrived there was a problem with our booking and they moved us to an apartment 10 minutes up the road on the high street. It was very noisy and run down and we were not happy with the room. We let them know this via the website, the next evening we were approached on the street by the lady that booked us in and she began to question us and shout at us on the street. It was extremely unprofessional.

One night stay in Sorrento
Nobody was there when we arrieved, but a staff person came within 10 min after we called. Location is great, close to all the night shopping/eating fun. Room was very clean. A bit far from train station and ferry.

Our favorite location at the far less crowded end of town. Near a laundromat, supermarket 10 minute easy walk to the town center. The building has a small elevator or walk up 2 flights of stairs. Great staff. Simple breakfast @ a nearby cafe included.

Excellent B&B
I loved my stay and didn't want to leave! Friendly helpful staff and a great location to explore the Naples bay and the Amalfi coast areas. A 5-10 minute walk to the train station and sita bus. Great value for the price paid.

3 Nights in Sorrento
We did not expect to arrive late -- after 8pm. We did not have a concept of the Amalfi coast traffic. Because we arrived after 8pm, we were charged 25 euros! That wasn't very welcoming. Vital took copies of our passports but failed to return it which caused panic on our part since they did not live in the property. Good thing we were able to reach another personnel who told us where our passports can be found. Room with balcony was clean. Towels were sufficient. Room was cleaned everyday and sheets/towels were changed every other day. Wifi connection was good. Get detailed description of location, otherwise you will miss it. We circled back and forth before we found it. The sign was like 12"x12"x12"x12" in size and could hardly be seen at night.

Good Budget B and B
Good central location. Quite a walk from Railway Station, but bus stops right outside. Easy walk to Tasso Square. Excellent restaurant next door. A small breakfast is provided at a very friendly cafe a couple of doors away. Most of the time the reception desk is unattended, but it is easy to find one's way around. The room is well serviced.

Perfect for a night or 2 for the price value
Nice hotel with balcony attached to room, right on a main street,not noisy at night, a bit of walk from main train station and center of town,also taxi to ferry from this hotel is around $20 eu, that's expensive. The hotel is good with Italian breakfast in cafe next door,if you book excursions they can pick you up at the hotel,I suggest full day amalfi by boat,you can book when you get off the train at the tourist office or check around town there were at least 6 tourist offices I passed while walking around.

Keep in mind this is a Bed & Breakfast
The photos on this place need to be updated however for a small B & B, it was very clean and managed well. The only snag we ran into was similar to another review I read, the property was not open when we arrived in the evening. Since we did not have international phone service, we had to ask the restaurant next door to phone the B&B at which time the manager/owner arrived promptly. The location was situated nicely, a 10 minute walk into the center square or marina and a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station.

Centralt boende med havsutsikt!
Väldigt bra boende och vi är hur nöjda som helt. Vi hade rummet Amalfi med en stor balkong och utsikt mot havet. Det var enkelt att ta sig från stationen till boendet och väldigt nära till huvudgatan och ner till havet. Mycket fräsch och möjlighet att ha eget vatten och snacka i en kyl. Om du är känslig för trafikljud kanske detta inte är för dig dock eftersom det ligger vid en stor väg men det var inget som vi stördes allt för mycket av.

Great location!
Lovely location close to restaurants and shops. The beaches are also close, but there is a lot of steps to get down there. The room is perfect for a couple visiting Sorrento 😊

Świetna lokalizacja
Spędziliśmy tutaj 3 noce. Do wynajęcia są pokoje w czteropokojowym mieszkaniu na I piętrze. Pokoje bardzo ładne z widokiem na ulicę (i pod kątem widać morze). Komfort bez zarzutu. Lokalizacja tuż przy szpitalu i głównym deptaku Sorrento. Śniadania (do wykorzystania w barze w sąsiednim budynku) składają się ze szklaneczki soczku, kawy (polecam kawę latte) i croissanta (zresztą bardzo smacznego). Notę zdecydowałem się obniżyć ze względu na całonocny hałas dobiegający z ulicy oraz skromne świadczenie w postaci 1 półlitrowej butelki wody do picia pozostawionej na 3 dni (wydaje się, że woda powinna być oferowana codziennie). Generalnie jednak plusy przeważają. Ze względu na przystępną cenę - polecam.

Je suis venue faire une course de 28 km - on se comprend je suis plutôt sportive- et je suis partie malade à cause du froid dans la chambre et la 1ere douche froide. On m'a fait un geste commercial pour ce problème, une réduction de 15% pour le prochain séjour ! Mais, je suis malade depuis 5 jours, pas prête à y retourner. Mon rhume actuel a fait baissé aussi la note sur le confort de la chambre..si j'étais en bonne santé j'aurais noté mieux. Sorrento est une ville magnifique au bord de mer, par des raisons écolo ou autre il n'y a pas du gaz. L'endroit à éviter en hiver.

Rummet var dubbelbokat när jag kom till incheckningen. Vänlig personal, som på tio minuter bokade om till likvärdig B&B (Le Nuit som ägdes av samma kedja) i grannhuset och bar mitt bagage dit. Stort ljust rum med stor balkong. Recensionen gäller Le Nuit

stupenda sorrento
ottima struttura, arredamento nuovissimo e moderno, bel design, doccia con cromoterapia funzionale, colazione soddisfacente, personale accogliente e gentile, centralissimo a dieci minuti da piazza Tasso,. Unica pecca il costo del parcheggio quindici euro e visto la bassa stagione andrebbe ridimensionato.

Location is just right
The B&B is located at the end of the main street - about 10 mins walk from the train station. You can get and feel what you want easily. If you look for more choices of cuisine, within 5 mins walk you will be surprised by the variety of choice. You will not get bored even if you stay there for a week. Highly recommended.

Muito bom, mas com horário limitado para check-in
O hotel tem excelente localização, fica a poucos passos da principal região de comércio e restaurantes. Também são menos de 20 minutos de caminhada do porto. É bem servido de estacionamentos pagos ao redor. O quarto é agradável, o chuveiro é bom e as janelas vedam bem o ruído da rua apesar de ficar em uma região bem movimentada. O único ponto negativo é o horário linitado da recepção. Tivemos que abreviar nosso passeio antes do checkin porque o horário limite para chegada ao hotel era 19h.
