10/10 amazing experience. The location in Sorrento is perfect. It’s right in the middle of everything but also when you shut the window it’s very quiet. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was AMAZING!! It felt like home. Would definitely stay here again.

If this property is available during your visit - BOOK IT! We loved this room — everything was beautiful, clean and everyone was SO KIND! The location is perfect and everything is walkable. Like - everything. We walked to the room after arriving on ferry. It was only about a 10 min walk with our luggage. The balcony is perfect for people watching and enjoying the liveliness of the city center. Once you close those balcony doors, it is completely silent in the room. I was shocked lol. Highly recommend.

100% worth it
It was amazing! Check in was seamless and flexible. The room was clean and exactly what we needed! Staff was so friendly and helpful! We paid for the breakfast & 100% would recommend. They make it for you and it is delicious. A little pricy but would totally do again!

This place was beyond exceptional!!! Beautiful, comfortable, with great staff and wonderful breakfast! Right in the middle of shopping & fabulous restaurants! Easy walking distance from the port. If I had only known how much we would love Sorrento & this place, we would have stayed longer!!! Next time!

Very central but quiet. Very modern and clean. Limited breakfast - no milk alternatives or gluten free bread. Only eggs or toast. However, plenty of options to have breakfast once exited the guest house.

Nice B and B in a very central spot.
Conveniently situated a short walk to the train station for the Circumvesuviana. Centrally located in Sorrento for all shops and restaurants.,Clean and well decorated within a lovely old building. Charming young lady welcomed us on arrival and served breakfast.

Alphonso greeted us warmly and quickly got us into our room after a long journey. He showed professional interest in our welfare, as did the rest of the staff. We will stay in this hotel again when we are in the area.

This is a great place to stay with all the little extra touches to make for a great stay. There is a fabulous breakfast and each morning and the location is so convenient.

Cute B&B. The in-room refrigerator did not work even after 3 requests to have it fixed. Therefore, could never refrigerate our bottled water, snacks or Limoncello. When it's that hot, a cold drink would be nice. Also, The website says they are a multilingual staff, but only the owner spoke English. Other than that the stay was nice. Just make sure to get a room not connected to breakfast, unless privacy is not a concern for you.

Horrible situation, we arrived in the hotel nobody was there we wait 30min and still nobody. we asked the neighbour if they know the tenant and we finally manage to find someone which contacted the tenant, we wait 10 min more. Finaly when somebody arrived they told us that they book a room in a different hotel. we didn't know that at all. Casa Astarita booked an horrible hotel for us. it was a catastrophic experience. they didn't apologies at all.

Wonderful place.
The hotel was located right on the Main Street. We had a small balcony/window overlooking the street. The family that runs the place was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us. We had to leave early one morning, and they made sure we had access to the breakfast room. If you can stay for breakfast, it's well worth it. The best coffee We've had on our trip so far. We would stay in the same place if we return to Sorrento.

Excellent accommodations. Nice Breakfast. Room with a view. Staff may want to use rubber soled shoes for those who like to sleep in a little. Easy to work with and even helped plan excursions.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Sorrento with plenty of shops and restaurants along the same street. Can get a little bit noisy over the weekends. The lady, Stephanie, and the gentleman, Alfonso, were incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Perfect for our short family break!

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff
This B&B is on Corso Italia, the main street of Sorrento, so it is very easy to get around. I read comments about the noise level but it was no issue for us. The only thing is that the beds were pretty hard but after a long day of exploring we slept like babies. The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast so pastries and coffee. Their coffee was very good and I was obsessed with their cheese and sweet rolls. (Literally obsessed) The family that owns the B&B was super friendly and helpful with any of our questions. You can leave your luggage in the lobby after checking out if you want to continue to explore. Probably one of our favorite things was that this was a great place to meet people from all over the world! Overall I wholeheartedly recommend and if I go back to Sorrento I'll know where to stay! (Going back for the rolls and cheese!) Oh and we stayed from October 18-21. It was perfect because the weather was great and there were no huge flocks of tourists.

Great location
The hotel is in the middle of Sorrento. Good clean room, adequate breakfast, and helpful service made the stay a delight. The Staff helped us obtain bus tour tickets to the Amilfy Coast. Although the Hotel doesn't have parking there is a nearby parking lot that offers a discounted rate to Hotel quests. Easy walk to shopping, dinning and the Marinas.

y husband and I spent 4 nights at Casa Astarita with two other good friends of ours. We couldn't have received better service if we were in 5 star hotel. The proprietor, Stephania was more than gracious and went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible. The breakfast that was served was diversified and pleasing to everyone. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend Casa Astarita to anyone visiting Sorrento. It made our time in Italy very enjoyable.

Pretty hotel in heart of Sorrento
My husband and I loved Casa Astarita and would recommend it to anyone who likes a small, non-chain hotel. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had an above average shower. The hotel is on one of the busiest streets in Sorrento, but with the shutters closed we slept in peaceful quiet. Breakfast included cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of delicious homemade pastries.

Had a perfect stay in Casa Astarita in Sorrento. Perfect location for walking the street, shops, and wondering all the alleys. Next to some great restaurants and less than 5 minutes walking to the main square. Nice place, newly renovated areas and wonderful breakfast. All the staff were incredible and super helpful as well! Would definitely recommend and absolutely stay again!

Perfect location, close to train station, bus terminal, shops, attractions and a pleasant walking distance to the beach. Ample breakfast provided, clean spacious rooms, very quiet at night. Pleasant staff. The only problem was a very hard mattress. Overall, a positive experience.

Nice B&B, close to train station. Large room and bathroom, clean and well furnished. WiFi availability intermittent. Apartment is on the main street and at night is EXTREMELY noisy from the crowds on the street, with lots of cigarette smoke wafting up below; don't count on sleeping unless you wear noise limiting headphones. Ask for a room off of the street at the very least.

So glad to arrive after a thrilling ride. Look closely behind the "door" and continue up the stairs and you find a charming and comfortable B&B. we had two rooms which were tiled beautifully and comfortable. Centrally located and close to good shops and eateries. Breakfast is set and abundant. We were quite content with this find!

Excellent service from Alfonso who booked us into a hotel nearby for first night as there was a wedding in the restaurant next door to Casa Astarita which would have made for a noisy night. He also collected our bags whilst we were out sightseeing. Casa Astarita was much better place to stay with big rooms, wifi, good continental breakfast and fresh water put in your bar fridge each day. Only downside is all the rooms are off the central dining area so despite wanting to sleepin loud guests with babies breakfasting early were clearly heard in our room.

the owners were very helpful, family run bed and breakfast. the room was on 3rd floor with no elevator service, but when we checked in, the nice guy at the front desk carried our luggage up for us (however, he was not there when we checked out--a woman was, so we had to take it down ourselves.) there is only street parking near the B and B, and impossible to find a spot, but they provide a discounted rate at a safe parking lot nearby. you will have to park down the road a bit temporarily to unload luggage, or just bring your luggage from parking spot, if you don't mind walking the streets with luggage. the rooms here clean. the breakfast in the morning was nice, you meet new people because it was a bed and breakfast. the room we had looked down on corso italia, a main drag, so was very noisy, day and night. if you want quiet, you should ask for a specific room--otherwise, very convenient location in town.

Late night loud music -- beware of room at back!
We had a nice comfortable room on the top level overlooking the garden behind the B&B. It rained our first night and we had a good night sleep. Our second night we didn't sleep because the English Inn next door had a loud outside disco party in their garden until very late. Even with all the windows closed it is too loud to sleep -- their are no staff at the B&B at night to help! It's too bad because it is a good location but I would never recommend this B&B because you might get the room at the back and not be able to sleep!
