It’s one of those typical 4-stars business hotels, except this one starts to be quite worn off and misses any happy surprises that sometimes makes the hotel stay great. While personnel was generally friendly, there were plenty of small troubles. Check in was super slow (lack of personnel / poor organization), they initially charged the room again despite it was paid (though fixed immediately when I said it’s paid), there was no parking (had to park 15min walk away), the room was quite hot and missing the second pillow set (despite the room was reserved for two). Breakfast was as average as it can get. Overall not a good value for the money paid. Will choose some other venue if I’m back at Trondheim some day…
