This is a cute house with a lot of potential to be much nicer! When the sun porch and basement are finished, that will definitely add needed space, but overall, it was fine for us. It is an older house so there were no screens in the windows, and we wanted to keep the windows open, even throughout the chilly nights, because there is a musty smell in the house. I'm not sure where that's really coming from, but when the windows are open it's okay. When the windows are all closed, it's more noticeable.
