Dear David,Our sincerest apologies for your less than ideal stay with us. The noise concern was due to the hotel having a community event, The Festival of Trees that brings a lot of the community and travelers to our hotel to help raise money for local businesses through a fundraiser. Please know the event did have an end time at 9 pm but definitely can understand that people can linger after. Please also know that we did have multiple staff members on shift but due to the large amount of people, they were assisting other guests at the time.
