It's only 3 km from Son Servera. The chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 7 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres- is the place where you will enjoy a dip with the best company of the breath-taking views to the mountains and the sea. Around the pool, you'll find a space with loungers to sunbathe and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal cooked on the BBQ. You'll also find an exterior shower. You can enter the house from the terrace right to the living room that boasts a Majorcan style. Here, you can rest on the sofa and watch the satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, two of them with twin beds -with a shared en-suite bathroom with a bath and exit to the garden- and the last one with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub for the rest of the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.The house is equipped with central heating and 4 fans. The pool is the highlight of the place, as large as shown and very clean. It was nice being close to nature, it was private and very peaceful. The kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils. There are plenty of towels. Only thing missing was air conditioning. It was quite hot (stay in July) and the place does warm up a bit because of the glass elements. There are fans however.
