While the glass ceiling in the bathroom is a great concept, the execution needs work-it leaks, keeping the bathroom floor constantly wet and slippery. With the rainy weather, basic provisions like doormats or umbrellas would have gone a long way in improving comfort. The spa is operational but currently offers only male therapists-more inclusive options would enhance the experience.
