It was clean, quiet, and safe. Housekeeping is wonderful. Also, had a slight issue with the TV and maintenance was there in 5 mins.

I had to extend my stay a night due to a snow storm at home in Maine. The staff was efficient and courteous in their help keeping me in the same room despite an eventful weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. I am very appreciative and happy with my stay. A repeat customer here. Thank-you!

The hotel was good overall. I am very disappointed that the pool was not working. This was the reason we booked this hotel for the pool. I understand repairs need to happen at times but it should have been listed that it is out of order with an email or on the site.

Everything was great. Service was absolutely tremendous from the moment we checked in to Maggie the bartender. The only downside was the pool was closed.

Could use improvement
It was pleasent but there was not enough staff during the time frame we were there, during Christmas Con 2023. Starbucks opened late, restaurant closed early then reopened later said restaurant was open for lunch but it was not. Called down to front desk and they told me one thing but the information was not correct.

Sheraton in Edison
Check-in wS easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. They have a shuttle van to take you to the convention center which is a plus!

The room smelled like mold soon as you walk in. The water did not drain so while you were taking a shower you were taking a bath. On top of that there was some kind of plumbing issue where the water would at random , every minute and a half, get burning hot. Actually burned hot. And what happened to Sheratons sheets and pillows? When did they replace them with cheep motel 5 pillows. And scratchy sheets. For the two night I stayed there I was maybe able to sleep for about an hour. I’m so disappointed, is Sheraton going down the drain?

I didn’t know you had to pay extra for breakfast. Also there were no garbage bags in the garbage cans or face and hand towels in the rooms. When I went down to the desk to inquire about some, I was given two wash clothes and told housekeeping would bring bags and towels up. They never came and I inquired a second time. I ended up going to the 99 cent store and purchasing some bags. Last but not least housekeeping entered my room at 10:30am and I had the do not disturb sign on the doorknob. They didn’t even knock so I will never stay there again. The mattresses were also very bad

Everybody should be alert for possible cancelation
I paid a room with 2 beds on hotels.com three weeks ago. When I checked in the hotel in the night, I was told my room was canceled with super ridiculous reason that I may bring to the Jury. This is the most terrible travel in my life. Luckily, I can find a similar room 20 miles away and suffer extreme angry naturally formed. I believe nobody in the world would like to travel if all the hotels do business in this way. Because nobody can suffer to sleep in the street.

I was in town visiting NJ Film Horror Con and I loved how Sheraton Edison was the host hotel for the weekend. It was the convenience and great area that sold me. I loved the great customer service I received from beginning to end. One part that I did not like was the AC in my room malfunctioned part of the weekend. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for guests, family and friends.

Looks nice but really quite bad
Pool was closed for renovations in the middle of the summer. Breakfast was overpriced and poor quality (hard pancakes and cold coffee). Was charged a $100 hold without being informed which hasn’t been refunded now 4 days later. I could hear our neighbors conversations like they were sitting right next to me

Nice hotel
I loved the hotel everything very nice and clean! Only thing bed is kind of hard and parking light post not working. But other then that good place to stay.
