Luxury Villa Raquel with a private pool (29 m2) is located in Necujam on the island of Solta, just a few steps (20 m) away from the sea and pebble beaches. It is only 500 m away from the center of Necujam.  
  
Luxury Villa Raquel is spread over 260 m2 of living space and is located on a total area of 500 m2\. The villa consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor.  
  
The ground floor has a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV. In addition to the living room, there is a kitchen with an island, and a dining area. This part of the Villa can be entered directly from the courtyard thanks to the sliding walls.  
  
Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Raquel, where there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony overlooking the Sea. The third bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.  
  
The basement of the Luxury Villa Raquel is occupied by an equipped gym so that guests can continue their recreational activities, as well as a toilet.
