Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass wir genau in der Zeit da waren, als die extremen Niederschläge in Form von Starkregen und Schneefall waren und wir unseren Urlaub dadurch vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Von 10 Urlaubstagen konnten wir nur an 3 Tagen etwas unternehmen und danach saßen wir in dem Ferienhaus fest. Das Ferienhaus ist schon toll und man kann sich da, richtig wohl fühlen. Was man vielleicht unbedingt erwähnen sollte, dass es keinerlei Gastronomie in der Nähe gibt, was sehr schade war. Der Mieter des FH kann sich dadurch überhaupt nicht in dem gepflegten Garten aufhalten. Damit fällt es allerdings auch nicht auf, dass zu dem FH kein Gartengrill und auch keine Feuerschale existiert. Das Haus selbst verdient die Bezeichnung „Villa“ nach dem heutigen entgegen dem ursprünglich lateinischen Sinn nicht. Die Toiletten und die Einbauküche haben ihre beste Zeit bereits weit hinter sich. Zur Küche fehlt eine Mikrowelle. Ein weiterer großer Nachteil des FH ist, dass der Vermieter nicht als Gastgeber der Schladming-Dachstein-Sommercard verankert ist. Damit hat der Mieter des FH keinerlei Vergünstigungen (Bergbahnen, ÖPNV, Schwimmbäder, etc.) in der Region, denn die genannte Card ist fix an den Gastgeber gebunden und kann nicht frei vom Urlauber gekauft werden. ##### Dirk S. Vor allem an der Sitzecke hinter dem Nebengebäude. In der schönen Umgebung können Sie nach Herzenslust wandern, Rad fahren oder radeln. In Gröbming, einer Stadt in der Nähe, kann man problemlos Motorräder mieten. Nach einer Woche war uns immer noch nicht langweilig. Ein tolles Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenstern und viel Platz, dass uns fast bedauern lies, dass wir keinen Tag wegen Regen dort verbringen mussten ;-). Um das Haus herum mehrere liebevoll gestaltete Sitzgelegenheiten mit fantastischen Aussichten. Die Straße die am Haus vorbei geht ist spätestens am Abend nicht mehr störend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Familie Steiner sehr genossen! Das Haus wurde von ihnen selbst liebevoll restauriert und ist sehr gemütlich.
