Quality and service not like 4 stars hotel
The receptionist had a wrinkled shirt and the check-in time was long. The bathroom was dirty, looks like the shower is not clean up to date, there is mold and moreover the water from the shower spills into the bathroom and the whole floor is wet. The air-condition was loud and buzzing that we couldn't sleep, to which the receptionist told me that I could turn it off.... It was unpleasant because how were we supposed to sleep in 30 degrees celsius??? Besides, the breakfast was limited, the kitchen service was unprepared, because there was a bus of guests ahead of us who ate practically everything, used all the cups and no one controlled it and did not keep up with it. I had to go to the reception to intervene that there was no food. For a 4 stars hotel it is very unprofessional.

Over all the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was just ok and a little on the expensive side for what you get. Other than a sports conplex next door and a gas station with in walking distance there is not much near this hotel. I thought that it was close to the airport but it was a 15 to 20 min drive. It cost around $19 for our taxi each way. Our stay here would have been better if we had rented a car and didnt have to rely on taxi service.

there was a break in to my car on the parking lot in front of the hotel, the police does not come for such things and the departure of the plane was too close to drive in to the town to find the police station. our holidays are ruined.

Check if the free shuttle bus is running!
The hotel was clean and comfortable which was what we needed after a long day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hotel says it does free shuttles to the airport - which it does in the morning, but not at night so we had a very expensive taxi ride to the hotel as there were no other options.

Ok for a night but not much longer
Arrived after midnight from a late flight and left early morning. The surfaces in the room and the bathroom were very clean but the decor is very dated and has an ‘old’ smell. The bed wasn’t the comfiest one either. Some of the rooms on the other side of the corridor appear to have received an update. The breakfast was very basic but enough to get you going. The hotel is near the airport, reasonably priced and so ok late night stay over when public transport is not available but I wouldn’t stay longer than a night. There isn’t much around the hotel.

The hotel was clean. In need of a bit of paint. The area didn’t have anything close. The upside was when we couldn’t get a taxi from a restaurant back, what I assume was the restaurant owner(who didn’t speak English) gave us a ride!

Nice people and clean rooms. Air conditioner didn't keep the room cool enough but otherwise all was well. Very close to the airport with easy parking. We will stay there again next time we go to Bologna.

Meeting our expectations
Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and bus stop right beside hotel to and from the Bologna train station where you can take city tours. Grocery store couple 100 yards from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Attached restaurant was not too bad snd hotel is under going renovations. Needs a little upgrading. Free breakfast was great.

Very basic, handy for airport.
Easy to get to from the airport. Friendly check in. Beds weren't very comfortable. Room very basic. No tea/coffee facilities contrary to confirmation. View of either car park or building site. Breakfast was poor and no staff interaction. Fine for a quick stopover before a flight but I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than that.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks whilst in training. The hotel is a little out of the way but the bus stop is right outside and the hotel sells tickets (you need them before boarding). First impressions are that the hotel is in need of updating. However my room was great, enough space and clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food and hot and cold drinks. Finally the staff. They were all excellent and very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Excellent value for money.

OK - but I would not stay again.
The hotel is extremely dated and is in need of an upgrade. Its located in a rough area with nothing close by. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel - (not part of the hotel) - it was ok but nothing special. My room was on the first floor - as soon as you came out of the lift you were hit with a smell of dirt and it looked dirty too. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV didn't work at first - picture quality was not great either but a member of staff came to help and replaced batteries. Breakfast was good. The spare blanket in my room was a little bit dirty so i didn't use it.
