My wife and I did a last minute stay here and I would highly recommend. Staff are nice and friendly, you get best of both worlds with family friendly events and also the party side. Very bif preoprty and the grounds are nicely kept. Every morning staff is maintaining it which is nice to see. Good was good and great variety! I would stay here again! Pools were great, swim up bars and everything really is at your finger tips. I would say that they can do a little better with the keep up with the rooms maintenance. There is some signs of wear in tear in our room, bathroom had a weird smell for a a night but they came to clean and it was fine afterwards. Great experience!

Todo estuvo espectacular, lo único que hay que mejorar es el night club y la música. Las bebidas del bar estuvieron de lo mejor con el mejor bartender de mi amigo Albero y su grupo Manuel, Paola Esteban, y Luis. Fueron muy atentos y amables.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was amazingly amazing! The amenities were so nice and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the food as there were some restaurants that offer not so good food taste.

I did not like the fact that the steak restaurant only had one steak in the menu. Usually there is at least three choices. The seafood restaurant had a very poor menu for sea food. To get a drink in the buffet, it took forever. The soft drink machine has always been open in the buffets I've gone to. In your buffet, the drink fountain was hidden. I asked for a soft drink and finished eating and my drink never arrived. I used your spa and it was amazing. I would give your spa, the steam room and the pool a 5 star but the other things need improvement.
