The home was clean and organized. We were really impressed with the level of detail and helpfulness from the host. We would definitely recommend staying there. "Staff were very friendly; especially the dining room and kitchen staff. The room was clean - could hear noises and voices from other rooms but it was quiet after 22:00. Amazing sea view. Good shower. Dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious. Very impressed. Would return- and hope for sunshine!"

"Great location, modern, clean and well maintained hotel. Room was a decent size. Would stay there again. We arrived at 12.30/1pm at it was a hard no for check-in. Came back at 2.45pm and a different staff member checked us in. Maybe the room wasn't ready or maybe hotel policy. It was the first time in a long time I have not had a hotel accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Just be mindful if travelling with bags etc they have no storage area for luggage and its held in the lobby area."

"This was a very nice, straightforward hotel with everything we needed. The room was spacious, and the large bathroom was well designed. Breakfast was merely passable, but reasonable for the price. The automated check-in and checkout did not work for us, even with staff assistance, though the system may work better for regular guests. The hotel’s greatest advantages are its spectacular view of the castle and its proximity to the train station. It is extremely convenient, although guests who are sensitive to noise may prefer a room facing away from the trains. There was also a huge massage chair in the room. It took up far too much space, but fortunately it was easy to push out of the way."
