Luxury in Ideal Location

Posted 17-Aug-2017
Pros: The hotel is clean and feels luxurious. Though not cheap, its not the Ritz, it feel like a luxury boutique hotel.
Location: Nearby are the great Theatres of the West End, Picadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. It's an ideal location for the tourist.
The Mercer Blu is a lovely little hotel in the perfect spot. It is near enough to Trafalger Square and Picadilly Circus to be ideal but in a lovely quiet little triad. It's close to St. James Park and Buckingham Palace. The staff are friendly and helpful. Of course, for Americans new to Europe, the rooms are small as is true everywhere in the UK and the Continent. But it's well out-fitted and if you, like me, want to sleep in, there are a few coffee shops right out the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

Another great experience with Radisson Blu

Posted 11-Aug-2017
Pros: The location, rooms and staff were superior
We stayed at the Radisson Blu, Mercer Street, London for 4 nights this past July. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, very professional and helpful. Our room was ready upon our arrival and was quite comfortable and more spacious than we anticipated. Located near several pubs and restaurants, it is also within walking distance to Trafalgar Square and other points of interest.

Comfortable Hotel/Excellent Location

Posted 04-Aug-2017
Pros: Location and service.
Cons: Room size & bathroom size were tiny.. Room charge was therefore excessive.,
Location: Very close to Covent Garden and walking distance to most theaters, Leicester & Trafalger Squares
Boutique hotel with very fine service and excellent location. Room was small and bathroom was tiny and, therefore, the room charge was (in my opinion) excessive.

Super location for theatre and museums. Wish the hotel had better signage out front- a bit hard to find at first. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Towels lovely and refreshed at night too!! Enjoyed the tea kettle in the morning.

Great hotel centrally located in Covent Gardens

Posted 30-Jul-2017
Pros: Staff was so nice and absolutely wonderful with any requests! The bed was so comfy didnt want to get out of it!
Cons: Bathtub a bit slippery...
Location: Wonderful pubs and dinning. Great shopping in Seven Dials. Can walk to all.
We arrived with family and staff came out imeaditly to help with all of our baggage. Paul Fraser , Guest Service Team Leader upgraded our room by our request to a wonderful room on the 4th floor very spacious and fantastice bathroom. Edward Parkes, Head Concierge was trully wonderful with answering all of my questions. Definitely great idea to change US dollars at local Mark and Spencers no fees. Make sure to bring the map the hotel gives you down when you need to find something that way all of the information from Ed is on the same one so you wont forget. The breakfast was amazing great service. Jose the bartender catered to our needs every evening for our nightcaps! Philip on night staff on the desk was always watching out for me if I went out for the night air. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and look forward to returning next fall for a family wedding.

Good location

Posted 28-Jul-2017
Pros: Location and quietness
Cons: More storage such as drawers in hotel rooms
Location: Theatre, Covent Garden market
Not far from underground, and within easy walk to theatres and Covent Garden market.
