don't ask for the fitness- breakfast
breakfast is poor - staff does not understand English and the "fitness breakfast" consists of plain yoghourt, some sirup and 4 raspberries + granola (the granola was excellent) - the "sliced fruit platter" was a banana (with peel in one piece) - when I asked for the sliced fruit, or other fruit I received an apple cut in four pieces (unpeeled) - orange juice, from a carton or bottle, not freshly squeezed was only served upon request and the coffee was just ok. Beautiful boutique hotel in Sofia center. Clean, modern and unique decorated.Shopping and restaurants few steps away. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Sofia.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the rooms are old and require renovation. In the restaurant it is better to clearly ask for a full breakfast, otherwise you may be served just half of it. No buffet.

Overall ok - beds are comfy, location is great. But the rooms are dark, service is not at par. There was no iron in room, asked for one and they said it can be provided next day, had to call again for one. Breakfast is poor quality and the service at breakfast is not great (Chips and Egg). For the amount they charge, its advised to stay at other branded hotels.

Location is outstanding! The folks from the staff were super helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is designed in a cheerful and cute way. The room facilities are quite limited tho. The size of the safe was a real downer - it couldn’t even fit an iPad, let alone a full-sized laptop.

The property is in a great location. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff assisted us with items we needed but not overly friendly. The server in the restaurant did not speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate. Overall this is an excellent location, great price, and very nice. It is one of the nicer hotels in the area

Great little hotel! The location is perfect because it's right by the Pedestrian walkway with all sorts of shops and restaurants. The hotel has two parking spots in front. The front desk staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Try the fitness breakfast - it's a work of art. The room is on the small side but adequate with fridge, safe, and a large bathroom. The fixtures are modern and the water is hot. Loved it all!

Comfortable, cozy and central
This is just such a nice hotel. It is right in the middle of the downtown so you can walk to all of the sights. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and lookout over the city. Just really cozy and beautiful rooms. (love the intarsia floors)

Right on the main drag, yet not at all noisy. Loved the décor (room and corridors!). Staff were fantastic, booking us on tours, making suggestions and enquiring after our day. Particularly appreciated the birthday gift for my partner - as delightful as it was unexpected. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 5 days while using Sofia as a base to explore the region. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping us to book taxis to and from the airport, and being available to answer our questions. Should we return to Sofia, we will likely stay here again.

The staff was excellent. Good recommendation for restaurant. Arranged our transportation to and from airport (our preference). Decor and design was over the top and unique. Located right in the middle of restaurants, public transit, and downtown sightseeing. Breakfast was decent (provided by adjacent restaurant), but you only get one shot of expreso. For some reason there is no kleenex in the room. Otherwise, it has everything else including an electric iron curtain roller to block the sunlight.

The Fleurs hotel is a lovely boutique hotel next to Vitosha, Sofia’s largest and liveliest pedestrian street. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sound proofing from the outside noise was superb but we heard systemic internal banging sounds in our room. Not sure if they were the elevator mechanism (would have been strange since we were on the other side of hall and not on top floor) or other clients (also unlikely since the noise seemed somewhat predictable). I was thankful for my White Noise app and Bluetooth ear pods. However, our friends did not have the noise problem at all. We agree with reviewers that the shower floor needs TLC. The set menu breakfast choices were varied, fresh and prepared well. Unfortunately, the mini fridge was never cold and could have been better stocked.

This is an odd hotel. First of all the good bits. Staff are extremely helpful and the location is impossible to beat in Sofia. But the rooms are odd, a little dirty (net curtains stained, dusty surfaces, and on one morning little hot water. Breakfast wasn’t pleasant except the juice and coffee. Overall though the location made it all very tolerable

Great location, clean rooms and very good service. Our bed and pillows were on the firm side but comfortable. Breakfast is served to your table. Limited to one hit drink per person which is the only downside to our stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Sofia
We booked a luxury room and was very impressed with the room and hotel generally. The room was incredibly spacious and was clean. The location is perfect as it is central but we never heard any street noise. The room was very quiet and we both slept really well. The bath and shower was brilliant and powerful. The staff are a credit to the hotel, the receptionist (sorry forgot his name) always helped us with ordering taxis and sorting our boarding cards. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sofia.
