i stay in this hotel with my family every time i visit Sochi. This is the most comfortable hotel for a family vocation. It got everything you need from an awesome dining to a private beach! Friendly personal!!! I recomend to everyone!!!!

I was quite impressed with this hotel. Its management did a great work. All staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great spa and a pool, good food, safe, historical spots,private beach, everything to meet your expectations. I postponed my departure twice).

Stunning pool (heated outdoors) and gardens. Hotel was a bit out of town but easy enough to get a bus into Sochi. Buffet breakfast nice and evening meals good too in the restaurant. The only drawback for this hotel is there is no information / leaflets / advice for tourists on what they can do in the local area. The staff, although polite, lacked inspiration for what to do and for advice in the local area. We were offered a private guide at an exceptionally high price - but hotel was unable to offer suggestions at varying price points. In the end we went into town and just booked ourselves on to a Tour (in Russian) - but hotel needs to offer more inspiration/advice to its guests if they want guests to stay for a longer amount of time in Sochi

Excellent hotel
This hotel impressed me with excellent services and nice location with a perfect private beach area. I like it at all. Comfortable room, good stuff and nice service. The cuisine is absolutely yummy! I have to say that this hotel is completely European style.

Nice hotel. Loved breakfast buffet. Yum. Outdoor swimming pool is nice, warm water. My room had view of the sea, nice. Some nice things to do in Sochi, and this hotel is near to them. You can even take a bus, which stops on the street outside the hotel. The suite is a little on the small side, but not too bad. But there is no door between the bedroom and living room. That was not so great. Also, the master bathroom in the bedroom has a glass door and a curtain for privacy. I spent a few minutes making sure that the curtain was closed all the way. Hm

Nice hotel, but repair is not complete
everything was ok, but the beach access - it was closed for repair, i would never go if I new that, at the hotel description was 3 swimming pools - was only one working and it was stated there is own beach, instead no beach at all; nice and big balcony - no furnitute there, not even one cheir, very strange. We moved smal table and two cheir from the room.

Отель один из лучших в Сочи
Отдых в мае 2019. Впечатления самые благоприятные. Завтраки отличные. Стандартные номера большие по площади, комфортно. На любителя - стеклянная стенка между номером и санузлом, нет двери в санузел. Соответственно в санузле холодно и нет шумоизоляции. Персонал в целом любезный и дружелюбный. Вопросы решают быстро в любое время суток. Есть бесплатный тест-драйв Audi на 24 часа. Технический минус - матрасы не самые удобные, сильно прогибаются, лежишь как в люльке)) и некоторые особо одаренные гости курят на балконах ночью и дым залетает в номер. Я бы таких в чёрные списки, пусть в Жемчужине отдыхают!!!))

Полноценный летний отдых уже на майские праздники
Зеленая ухоженная территория, симпатичный пляж у моря (на сколько его вообще можно облагородить в этой локации). Открытый подогреваемый бассейн (вода - 28). Шикарные террасы даже в обычных номерах (если полностью раздвинуть двери, складывается ощущение, что весь номер - часть террасы. Пешком в течении часа можно гуляя по паркам и набережным дойти до Гранд Марины

空港までの送迎を頼んでメールやりとりしたのにもかかわらず、来なかった。その後に、謝罪なし。ただ出発前に、謝罪として、無料で空港まで送ってくれると連絡あり。送ってもらう。問題はありませんでした。ホテルは大変清潔で素晴らしかった。

Идеальное обслуживание, посредственное питание
С первой минуты понимаешь, что вошел в отель 5 звезд. Роскошно, чисто, сервис, дизайн. Все как надо. Однако, еда разочаровала и в ресторане Бао на 7 этаже и в основном ресторане со шведским столом. На пять звезд совершенно не тянет, но цены при этом больно кусаются. Жаль.

Самый любимый отель в Сочи!
Прекрасный отель - обслуживание и гостеприимство на самом высоком уровне. Просторные номера, большой комплекс спа и бань, отличный бассейн с музыкой подводной - такого не видел нигде! Очень добрый и внимательный персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Новый отличный ресторан гинза на 7м этаже с панорамой на море, закаты, вкусной едой и кальянами, а также таким же внимательным персоналом. Из минусов - недешевый завтрак 1500р, а также отдаленность от центра, но такси за 5-7 минут доставит до центра. Приедем еще и еще раз, самое любимое место в Сочи, даже по сравнению с другими 5* отелями в центре города.

За время многолетних путешествий по Европе, Африке, Индии, Ю-В Азии, Ю Америке много чего удалось повидать, но Swissotel resort Kamelia приятно удивил своим безукоризненным комфортом, гостеприимством, дружелюбным персоналом и высококачественным сервисом! Стоимость завтрака и ужина по системе "шведский стол" кажется завышенной, хотя стоит отметить высокое качество и разнообразие предлагаемых блюд.

К сожалению в этот раз было много накладок. Начиная с размещения в номере с видом на внутренний двор и детской площадкой под лоджией, в заказе - вид на море. Просроченные сливки в номере. Проблемы с комплектами полотенец, халатами и тапочками. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего... И под конец трансфер... Понятно, что не сезон... понятно, что ремонт..., но 5 звезд нужно подтверждать в любое время!

Потрясающий дизайн номера! Также очень понравились большая территория и разнообразный завтрак. Бассейн подогревается, так что даже в феврале можно купаться.

Добрый день! провели в отеле прекрасные 4 дня. Понравилось все! Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал, уютный современный номер, вкусная разнообразная еда! Спорт зал 100 баллов, современные тренажеры !Большая ухоженная территория отеля, пляж! Советую всем этот отель!

Отличный отель в Сочи
Мы отдыхали семьей в начале апреля 2016 года, В целом очень достойный отель, с очень большой и зеленой территорией, отличным бассейном и своим пляжем. Море отдельная тема для Сочи в целом, поэтому я скромно о море промолчу. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый, все пожелания исполняются и быстро и так как ты хочешь. Питание достойное и на завтраках и в целом в отеле, за это отдельный респект всем шеф-поварам. СПА - не совсем "фонтан", но в целом неплохой. Ещё мы брали на прокат велосипеды и катались по территории отеля. Номера не с малые большие, но есть все, что необходимо - кофемашина, чайник, мини-бар, Ванные принадлежности - отличные, ванна и душ - все на высоте. Из минусов - в период нашего пребывания шёл ремонт и это немного напрягало, по этой же причине не работает сауна и хамам. Кроме того, наличие рядом железной дороги напрягает при открытых окнах и если ты находишься на балконе. И ещё в период нашего пребывания работал только один ресторан и лобби-бар/ Тем не менее, этот отель нам понравился и мы уже рекомендовали его всем нашим друзьям и приедем сюда ещё не один раз сами.

Хочется приезжать сюда снова!
Очень понравился дизайн интерьеров отеля и номеров. Особенно стеклянне стены ванной комнаты! Отличная косметика в ванной. Завтраки на высоте! Наивысший сервис! Минусы: очень скромно оформлен интерьер перед бассейном внутри здания. Сэкономили!В ванной не было "зубного набора". И считаю, что в отеле такой категории мини бар должен быть укомплектован, а гость сам решит пользоваться им или нет. В брошюре о услугах СПА-центра не указаны цены - считаю, что информацию нужно подавать комплексно. В целом, оценка очень высокая. И это наверняка один из самых лучших отелей в Сочи, да и России. Большее впечатление произвел только отель "Indigo" в Санкт-Петербурге, но там нет моря и такой природы в городе!

Super Hotel mit eigenem Strand und exclusivem Serv
Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Park in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Der hoteleigene Strand ist durch eine kleine Überführung direkt erreichbar. Am Strand finden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie kostenlose Liegen, Handtuchservice, Strandmuscheln, Duschen, Umkleiden und Strandbar. Das Hotel selbst besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude im neoklassizistischen Stil und zwei neuen Anbauten. Die Zimmer sind mit modernster Technik ausgestatte; der Service funktioniert sehr gut. Kleine Mängel werden sofort beseitigt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet (Buffet) mit einer Riesenauswahl. Abends finden gelegentlich Themenabende mit entspr. Buffet statt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Zentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, wobei das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz in Sochi sehr gut funktioniert . und sauber ist. Alles in Allem ein Superhotel, dass jederzeit weiter empfohlen werden kann ! Alles
