The room was very clean and comfortable, the young lady on reception was lovely, so helpful, polite and she went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Negatives - The man on reception was not at all pleasant, never even said good evening and the restaurant / bar staff were so rude that we didn't even bother to try it after our first experience when we walked in. We quickly walked back out again
