Access to the beach is immediately adjacent to the property. This property has always been very popular with previous rental guests as it is in such nice condition and such a great location. As you enter this home on the first living level (level 1) you will be greeted by 3 nice size bedrooms. The master is located on the Oceanside of the home and has its own master bath with tub and shower combination. It is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find fabulous ocean views. Down the hallway on this bedroom level you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. On the street side of the first living level you will find bedroom 2 which has a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and is centrally located between the master and bedroom 2\. It is equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), flat screen TV/DVD and will be a great place for the kids to hang out. Across the hallway you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination that accommodates bedrooms 2 and 3. As you move on up to the next living level (level 2) you will be greeted by a large open space which includes the living room, dining, kitchen and half bath. This is where the views become really captivating. The living room is open and spacious and is equipped with plenty of seating for the family to enjoy time together. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and WiFi is provided throughout. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the early morning sunrise as it peeks above the glistening horizon. The dining area has ample seating for 8 at the large table and seating for 2 others at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. It is equipped with all required major and small appliances. All major appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range/oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small counter appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connected with family while cooking, relaxing or just playing games. For your added convenience there is a half bath just off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room. As you can easily see, Sea Mist has lots to offer at an affordable price. Come, and enjoy this very pristine property, and let’s not forget those fabulous views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean right outside the door. You will find Sea Mist a bright and delightful place to spend your vacation with family and friends. \*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.\* This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets.
