Holidays to Smyrna

The property was very nice and modern. The cleanliness of the room could’ve used a lot more work. We got to our room and we had no toilet paper and being that there isn’t any real people there it took a while to get some. There was a cleaning rag left on the kitchen counter that had been balled up. There was hair in the shower and the floor of the shower was dirty. Also, they started construction in the early hours of the morning making it hard to sleep past 6:30. Most likely will return to Nashville, but will not stay at this property again.

John at the front desk was very helpful & polite. All staff for that matter. However, self parking should be cheaper if not free for customers. $37/night and you can't leave w/out that starting over. $42/night to valet park gives you unlimited in/out service. They were just a liittle slow or understaffed. They do offer shuttle service, but you pay $40/night it isn't a "free" service, also ran by valet team. Location is perfect. Close to Broadway, Music Row, the wing mural & much more.

Due to Covid?? no housekeeping daily which results in no towels, no coffee, no trash removal. also no help taking bags to and from room

Very convenient location. We had a group of 10. We had 3 rooms booked. We had to ask for clean towels each day. Some of the desk staff were not the most friendly customer service people. The girl that checked us in was amazing!! Because of covid, they are not coming to clean the rooms. So all of our trash was piled up for a few days.

Bathroom doors were Barn Style with no locks. This was very unpractical for a room that sleeps 6. Absolutely no privacy especially since the door was off its tracks and anyone could see in as they're walking by. AC was dirty and took awhile to cool down. Room had ants.
