"Hi! It was hard to find the property since you have to wait for instructions until last minute. I believe sending instructions 24 hours before the arrival would make more sense to make it easier to find the property. I got the instructions the day of and because of the time difference and travel could not use them and had to look for the apartments. The instructions to find the property could be more accurate"

"Fantastic hotel, right in the old town! The location was amazing...right by the main square, where the market, restaurants, carriage rides, are. A short walk to the castle, and river boats. While we didn't have an outside window, we were on the 1st floor, and had access to the atrium, which gave us light. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Checking in was quick, our room was ready soon as we arrived. The reception staff who checked us in was amazing. Sorry I didn’t get your name . Any questions we had , he quickly solved and our stay was made very comfortable. Your service was greatly appreciated. I also booked an extra room for my son and everything was great . Breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruits and variety of foods available. Sauna and pool to unwind at the end of the day was wonderful. Thank you"

"Really enjoyed this hotel. It's in a great location, very close to the main train station and shopping mall and only a few minutes to walk to the Old Town. It had great soundproofing and blackout curtains so we slept well. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and the shower was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again."
