"If you were flying in and out of Ottawa Airport, this is a great hotel with a very convenient airport shuttle. Given its proximity to the airport it is always busy so be prepared for that. It’s also dog friendly so don’t be surprised if there’s a dog in the lobby. The lobby bar and restaurant are very good and the staff is very friendly. Check-in can take a little while because they are always busy and they’re always seems to be families or a kids sports team. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and would rate it four stars across the board, especially if you want something close to the airport"

"Puisque l'établissement est proche de l'eau il y a énormément de toiles d'araignées et des araignées. Il a fallu les nettoyer pour avoir accès a la porte de la chambre au retour du souper. Les plafonds de la chambre sont remplis de poussière et d'araignée j'ai aussi du en enlever plusieurs avant de réussir a fermer l'oeil pour dormir. Le service pour le dejeuner était très bien fait par la dame qui était la. Nous avons malheureusement dû retirer une mini toile d'araignée et une araignée sur la tranche de pain.. pour une nuit c'est correcte mais je n'y passerait pas un séjour plus long."
