"The parking was great. The hotel was quiet. The outside was well maintained. I did not try tye breakfast but I did have coffee and that was good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk was helpful and allowed us to sit in the lounge after we checked out for a while. We were waiting to go to the airport so it was helpful. The young man that checked us in was helpful and gave us a room on the 1st floor for medical reasons that we needed. We were in room 121 and it was clean. The only negative for me, was the bed was not that comfortable. The window was actually unlocked and open. The person before us probably opened it and never bothered to shut it. Overall the stay was great and the price was too! I would stay there again."

"Hosts are very friendly. Very responsive and quick to fix the hot water heater when it went out. The bed is very firm. If you like it firm then this is the bed for you. The shower has been updated with several different settings. It is located in an older neighborhood and close to public transportation."

"It’s pretty quiet at night. The second day we got there we had a problem with the inside door in which we contacted the host and sent video of what was happening and once the video was sent the host stopped responding. "

"Did not have listed amenities and staff laughed at me when I asked for directions to them. Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarettes and floor board was torn up. Do not stay if you value yourself as a human being because you will not be treated like one."

"Great place to stay in DC if you need the basics. Property was clean, in a very cute neighborhood with driveway parking. It was a 15 minute drive to the National Mall. The host was pleasant, provided clear instructions, and responded quickly."
