It is located in a very nice little town, as compared to Dublin. The location was very good and the staff was great.

Property was well taken care of. Bed was soft but firm. Water pressure was amazing. Staff was exceptional. Staff was professional and welcoming. #Amazing Service

Very friendly staff and manager, good food served in their restaurant and beach close by. There was an issue with the room, which the manager responded to and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.

We have stayed before at the Bracken Hotel and it didn’t disappoint again, hence us returning to stay. The staff are so friendly, rooms and hotel clean and was under going a refurb with the bar and painting of the reception area. Bar and restaurant moved upstairs to 1st floor and well equipped and cosy to sit down to eat or watch sports on the TV. Great location to airport, train station and buses to get around. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Staff were super welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and the room price was reasonable. The room furniture is a bit old fashioned and tired and the hairdryer in our room didn't work. Having said that, the property is currently being refurbished and I am sure these issues will be addressed 😁 Breakfast was lovely but could benefit from the addition of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall it was a great stay and we would certainly go there again.

This is a higher-end hotel which lists its rooms on Expedia for discounted rates (in the off-season, I'm guessing). The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I was there during renovations, so not every area was available, but the "substitute lounge" was on par with most primary bars/restaurants. What impressed me most was what they *didn't* do. Opened, but not empty, bath supplies (shampoo, shower gel) aren't taken away. Towels which are hung neatly on the towel bars are not removed and washed. I can use a towel for a week. And I love that they're not wasting water and energy, or putting more chemicals into the water purification system. On the other hand, the bed was made to perfection. It's 40 minutes from Dublin via train (5 minute walk to the station), and in a lovely community. Would absolutely recommend.

I know I saw that the bar & restaurant were closed but I stay most years for a night out with friends and have never been charged as much as this year , so the price needs to reflect the standards now while renovating is been done

Over Christmas
Bed very comfortable and large. Linen and towels immaculate. Lots of hot water. Good size room. Enjoyed our stay. Generally the decor is a bit tired but the hotel is warm, comfortable and clean and the staff were terrific. Would stay again and recommend.

A traditional hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent bar. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very large and comfortable bed. Have stayed several times and will be back again soon.

Darragh was the best server always happy and helpful to give tips where to go, also neeva (waitress)and maeva(cleaning lady). People are very friendly there.room was ok didn't have a tub but shower was awsome.

Nice little spot
The room was very comfortable and roomy. We had a meal that was also very nice and overall the hotel was in good shape. The staff are very friendly. However, our bathroom could have used a bit of a deep clean, especially around the toilet.

Quick shopping trip to the Pavilion …. Very accessible from Balbriggan. Very comfortable hotel and lovely food … the alarm going off for a few minutes in the early hours still do not affect my lovely stay.

Excellent hotel quiet, safe beautiful. Staff was excellent helpful kind courteous. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud rooms are large. Would definitely recommend to other people.

The only thing that changes is the maintenance of her phone in the room to do it in a way that works with the reception and that the cleaning is a real cleaning, not just taking out the trash because the bathroom floor was still dirty even when they fixed it, I could notice it but in general is a good place

View from our room was a derelict, rundown abandoned commercial lot. Lots of trash and graffiti, not what you’d expect to see looking out a window of from just a highly rated hotel. Really disappointing for our last day in visiting Ireland. Fortunately the staff were wonderful and the food was great which helped make up for the shoddy view.
