"Nice and clean place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and more! Comfortable bed, and the shower had great water pressure! Close to the airport (AZA) which was a plus. Our stay was short and we just planned to relax before heading home after a week’s vacation. They have a beautiful backyard, pool, flowers, and a little water fall. Amazing! For me… it was a little different using the pool area knowing people were in the house. They were gone for a few hours though- and maybe that wouldn’t bother you at all. Over all it is a great place!"

"House was darling- very clean, had everything we needed, and is located in a very convenient location. We were bouncing between Gateway and Chandler airports, and it was perfectly situated in the middle for an easy 15 min drive either direction. Close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Pool was spotless and we enjoyed having our coffee by it every morning (and grilled steaks one evening). Great communication with the host and very easy check-in process. Highly recommend this home for anyone in the Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler area! Hope to stay here again next time we are in the area! "

"This house was very clean, spacious and perfect for the whole family. We were parents, children and grandchildren and did not feel like we were on top of each other. Definitely recommend paying extra to heat the pool. The set up is great, from all of the bedrooms to the pool table and the outdoor furniture. It was a great week!!"

Derek and his local management contact were both very helpful with getting us settled upon arrival. Joanne called to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks and provided her number should we need anything at all. The house is beautiful and the backyard is an "Oasis" as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, and family-friendly in all aspects. Thank you Derek, we will be booking with you again should we ever return to Phoenix!!"
