Craven by Casa Del Artista - Large 4 Bedroomed House with Patio - Skipton

A large four bedroomed house accommodating 8 comfortably, but up to 10 guests in elegant surroundings.
There is a furnished outdoor patio to enjoy summer evenings, and a comprehensively equipped kitchen and dining room make it a perfect home from home where you can prepare a fabulous dinner.
Located close to the centre of Skipton, you will find lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach, and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, Bolton Abbey and surrounding areas.
The space
Craven by Casa Del Artista is a spacious four bedroom house with lots of space and amenities to comfortably accommodate 8 but also up to 10 guests if 3 bathrooms can be shared.

On the ground floor, the lounge comfortably seats the maximum number of guests (10) on the very luxurious sofas to exchange the days adventures, or why not create a feast and sit down at the large dining table.
A Galley Kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons and integrated Neff appliances, inclusive of an induction hob, dishwasher and a Lavazza coffee machine.
The ground floor also has a shower room with WC and wash basin
There is a well lit courtyard area to the rear with outside seating. BBQ and seat cushions in the shed to use. We also have space to lock in your bikes in the shed!

The first floor offers three bedrooms: A spacious King size four poster bedroom, A double bedroom. and large twin bedroom, with a double and a single bed.

The large Attic room has a King size bed, a HD tv and an ensuite with a rain drop shower.
All beds have a 3000-pocket sprung mattress for ultimate relaxation and a good night's sleep.

A fold out bed accommodates the 10th Guest, this can be set up in the attic room, and is fitted with a Tempur mattress.

The main bathroom, includes a rain drop shower, wc, sink and a tub big enough for two.
All bathrooms come with complementary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Guest access
Free on street parking in Church Street this is the adjacent street to the property.

Regular bus and train routes running out to Leeds City Centre and Harrogate if you wish to explore a little further afield.
Other things to note
There is Primary School a short walk from the property so you may hear the children in the playground during school hours if you are sitting outside in the courtyard area.

Train Noise: There is a train station a few minute's walk from the property so if you are really listening for it, you may hear some train noise.

The property comes with a Lavazza coffee machine which takes Lavazza Eco Pods.

We also offer a Grocery service if you wish to order some essential items prior to your arrival such as bread/Milk/eggs/ locally sourced meat and cheese. Please let us know so we can have them ready for you on arrival.
