Strange hotel with very dated carpet and decor, unfriendly and not helpful staff, but good breakfast, which was nice. Note that there is no way to do laundry here--not a service or even machines in the building. When I asked the front desk woman about laundry she told me I could look up a place on Google... very helpful. My room was only cleaned / bed changed twice in 6 nights. The breakfast was the saving grace of this place, and the fact that the room was a decent size and not ridiculously cramped. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again but the value isn't the worst overall.

Great location on Gamla Stan. But the room was hardly spacious and with the fold out sofa impossible to move around. No closet space to unpack. No air flow and therefore very stuffy. Bed was poorly supported. Fourth floor had two spiral staircases to go up which was hard with luggage. Had to forage for sheets for sofa bed. Expensive for what it offered.

Comfortable room with a full size refrigerator, stove top, oven… and a dishwasher. Convenient to public transport and plenty of dining options in walking distance.

Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm. Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay). Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly were able to switch my reservation to a room with full kitchen facilities and moved us right over. Will stay here again on future visits. Our trip was for fun and sightseeing but this would be a great place to stay for business.

We had a lovely week here. The room was quite small but well designed, comfortable. and clean. Breakfast, as others have said, really good with many choices, including very decent coffee (rare in hotels). There is a small but comfortable lounge in the lobby and another area outside that is great for hanging out before and after your day. Location is excellent -- walking distance to the subway and 2 busses, and only 2 stops from T-Centralen station. Our room was very quiet at night. What I didn't love: the bathroom. It's very small, with one of those open showers without even a lip on the floor to contain the water. It would be a lot easier to manage in that bathroom if they put a couple of hooks on the bathroom door to hang a towel to dry or hang a robe while showering, and a shelf in the shower for personal toiletries. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
