The reservation staff was very attentive upon our arrival, and the cleanliness of the house was excellent and well-organized. What I liked most about this villa was its outdoor space. We loved the area, the pool, the gardens are amazing and we were very well looked after by the hosts who were so kind. The property had everything we needed and we liked the character of the property. The shaded area around the pool is fantastic and there is a large table to eat at so everyone could eat together. VRBO are inaccurate in their listing of the location as the property is at least 35 minutes drive from Sitges and it's about 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The property is in Calafell which is not Sitges but is quieter and very charming. ##### ben h. It's located in a quiet, beautiful area, just a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The bathrooms have been renovated, and in our opinion it's time for the kitchen as well, although it works perfectly. Could still add some kitchen utensils. The pool was wonderful and we also used the shaded area a lot. We all agreed that we want to give the house and Didier our host the best rating. The villa has generous amounts of space, especially outdoors where we spent most of our time. Lots of places to relax in the shade and a massive pool to chill in. The short walk to the beach meant we were there a lot too. The area was calm and easy to get to. Some drove and some walked from the train station. We made dinner and bbq-ed at the villa, all we needed was available. Didier was always quick to respond if we had any inquiries. Overall a lovely stay, we couldn't be happier. Maria and Diana were amazing—super responsive, helpful, and incredibly patient with all the questions I sent their way. Their support and guidance in the lead-up to our stay made everything feel easy and stress-free.As the trip got closer, we began coordinating with Didi, who welcomed us on arrival and looked after us throughout our stay. Didi was an absolute star—friendly, polite, and full of useful recommendations. He even introduced us to the option of having a private chef, which looked amazing (even though we didn’t go for it in the end). On our first night, our excitement may have gotten the better of us noise-wise, and Didi handled it with complete professionalism, kindly suggesting we use the villa’s basement for late-night gatherings—an absolutely perfect solution!Now for the villa itself: WOW. This place is insane—in the best way possible. The basement is like a private nightclub, ideal for parties. One bedroom is styled like a library with a huge sofa that quickly became our go-to chill-out spot. Didi attention to detail was great on check it, it was lovely to hear about the family history of the property. Any concerns we had Didi and Tommy were prompt at replying and assisting where needed. The pool shower was not as expected and 2 bathrooms for 12 was not ideal however we did manage this better than expected. The kitchen was equipped but would have benefited from some more plastic plates/glasses for alfresco snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. The outside dining table was great, we could see the kids in the pool, in or out of the shade, long lunches and evening drinks here were lovely. The pool was a fantastic layout and size for the family, however would have benefited from being cleaner, we did request some more chemical mid week and Didi provided this promptly. The local taxi's were not that reliable and we struggled on an evening to get taxies to collect to take us to the local restaurants, this was also an issue for getting home from the resort center. The local restaurants and sea front was beautiful and welcoming. The local lidil is great and only a short 10 minutes walk and the lidil staff will call a taxi for you which was great. The host was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was with the address, Vrbo had a completely different address on the website so when we booked our transfer taxi, it took us to Siteges not Callafell. Thankfully, the host had messaged me prior to check in with our arrival times so was able to call him for the correct address. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again. The overall property is superb. The home is a traditional villa with some old elements, nicely retained. It can be a bit cramped for 14 people depending on the formation of the group. We were 4 couples with 10 kids so we rented the (pool) house next door as well. That can only host 4 people (in our case kids) if they are very familiar with eachother since it is one big space with one double bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen utilities are very spartan and minimal but we managed. The outdoor section is more than beautiful and great. We did have excellent weather so we spend most of our time there. The pool size and water temperature is/was the best ever. The very kind host (Didi) checked us in a day earlier and reached out to us via Whatsapp regularly. Kaution wird nicht zurück gezahlt!Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in den Oktoberferien in der Villa El Ranch in Calafell. Tolles Haus, toller Pool, Nähe zum Meer und der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen und man sollte sie direkt buchen und nicht über diese Agentur.Im Buchungsprozess und im Vorfeld antwortet die Agentur sofort. Auffällig, die Kaution in Höhe von 1250 musste cash bezahlt werden bei check-in. Ich habe 2x nachgefragt, ob es möglich wäre, diese per Kreditkarte zu bezahlen, das wurde abgelehnt. Am Tag nach dem Auszug kam auch direkt eine Email zu meinen Kontodaten zwecks Rücküberweisung und seitdem ist die Agentur kaum zu erreichen. Sie vertröstet mit Nachrichten, dass noch Dinge geprüft werden müssten, dass es viele Check-outs gegeben hätte. Ich habe den Besitzer als auch Fewo-Direkt um Mithilfe gebeten. Selbst diese werden immer weiter vertröstet und ich habe bis heute - 4 Wochen später - noch keine Rückzahlung erhalten!Ich kann nur empfehlen nicht über diese Agentur zu buchen!!! ##### Constanze A. Une villa magnifique et apaisante. Une piscine exceptionnelle, le propriétaire est accueillant et à l'écoute de ses hôtes.
