Amazing place. Very friendly staff. The AC was blocked from going down under 25°, i called the reservation, i was expecting i will have to speak in harsh determined way to get help as it might be a hotel rule.yet 2 seconds on the fone the reception immediately asked if 20 is okay , and he lowered immediately. Good breakfast buffet, comfy bed, clean rooms... not so bad coffee.

Most comfortable bed I’ve had in Europe! Beats out the major hotel brands too. And an amazing breakfast included to boot! Highly recommend as a place to stay during your visit to Medjugorje.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel. Our family had three rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were ZtlWe enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel. Our family had three rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and the hotel is centrally located close to the important attractions and church. It is only a 20 minute drive to Mostar if you wish to make a day trip to this location. I recommended this hotel. The staff are excellent and it is wonderfully appointed with beautiful religious artifacts.

It is a great hotel! It is new, the staff is so friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent. One of the best buffet breakfast I have tried in a hotel in Europe. I will definitively come back. 😀

Front desk staff was good Ana especially Fani was very nice and helpful too. Breakfast was great Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner in room worked great. Hotel lobby should have air in cooler it was hot sitting in the lobby area . Overall would stay here again and recommend ! Suzanne

Fantastic few days.
I needed a break away from it all - and that is exactly what I got. Fantastic value for money and the reception ladies could not do enough for me.. borrowed a charger, printed bus and boarding pass and gave all the local information I needed. Very pleasant professional ladies. The breakfast staff were equally professional .. loved my stay .. too short but I’ll definitely be back. Thank you and well done to all..

This is a catholic hotel with great service, clean, well located. Right in the middle of the church and apparition hill. The food is good, not amazing but good. Recommend the shrimp pasta. Rooms are clean, have good views and the service is great.

Great hotel for those looking for tranquility. The rooms are rather spacious. Wired internet (90 Mbps) and WiFi. Breakfast buffet is good and diversified, served between 7 and 10. Free parking. Great location to explore the place. Food stores 5 minutes away. Cons: no kettle to prepare tea/coffee in the room, shower drain could be improved

Outstanding hotel: big room, great shower, very good breakfast. English speaking receptionists. 5⭐️! Easy 10 minute walk to the church, much longer walk to Apparition Hill and a rather strenuous uphill hike. If you want to attend their daily evening Mass, get there early and inquire about translating headphones, unless of course you understand Bosnian!

Nice hotel close the Apparition Hill and walking distance to town I did not like the fact that the lady in the front desk took our passports and hold them for the whole day. There is no need for that. We did not come on a tour bus . If need it they should just make copies of the passports. First time ever. Very upsetting.
