### Giuli's House by Wonderful Italy

Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, a few steps from the Lake and the beach, apartment on the second floor of a small complex of houses, for a group or family vacation for up to 3 people!   
  
The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, American coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The living room overlooks the balcony furnished with a dining table with chairs for breakfasts and dinners outdoors! The accommodation continues with the hallway equipped with a large closet and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, closet and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.   
  
Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning will be available in the accommodation.

“The Pearl of the Garda” is how the wonderful town of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the historic city walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Dock. Next to the Castle begins the scenic road that runs along Lake Garda, offering truly unforgettable views. For bike enthusiasts, it is possible to join the itinerary to discover the Lugana Wine by pedaling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a mansion that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Giamaica Beach.   
  
The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 35-minute drive away.

die FEWO ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet- die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut - das Bad ist sehr schön - es ist eine ruhige Lage, aber man ist auch sehr schnell am Strand-mit dem Fahrrad ist Sirmione sehr gut zu erreichen und man spart sich die Parkgebühren - eine Markise bzw. etwas Sichtschutz gegenüber den Anwohnern würde zu einer noch angenehmeren Atmosphäre beitragen Insgesamt kann ich die Fewo empfelen VG Jörn L.

Zuerst das positive:- Die Wohnung war neu und sehr schön eingerichtet- Wir hatten die Wohnung nur 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und dafür war der Preis wirklich nicht sehr teuer- Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg zum See- Telefonische Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat sehr gut funktioniertJetzt leider zu den negativen Sachen:- Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt und es waren dauerhaft zwischen 30-35 Grad in der Wohnung was schlafen quasi unmöglich machte, die Ventilatoren haben leider nicht genügend geholfen- Die Lage ist bei FeWo falsch angegeben, laut FeWo ist die Wohnung quasi DIREKT am See, ist sie leider nicht, man geht aber nur 5 Min zum See- Einiges an Geschirr wurde und dreckig hinterlassen und am Fußboden waren getrocknete (Blut)Flecken?- Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter über WhatsApp hat leider nicht so gut funktioniert und hat z.T sehr lange gedauert das Online Check-In des Anbieters leider nicht immer so funktionierte wie es sollteWir haben nach einer Nacht das Appartment gewechselt, weil es einfach zu warm war, der Anbieter kam uns freundlicherweise entgegen und wir mussten nur 2 Tage bezahlen, der Rest wird uns erstattet.Eigentlich wäre es eine tolle Wohnung mit toller Lage zu einem guten Preis aufgrund der anderen Punkte können wir leider aber nicht mehr Sterne geben :(

Es ist eine total schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das einzige Manko war, dass es keinen Pool gab. Aber das hatten wir ja so gebucht.Der Kontakt war zwar ausschließlich digital, aber um unsere Anliegen wurde sich immer direkt gekümmert.
