"We visited in March which is obviously low season so much of the hotels facilities - roof top bar, out door pool etc. were not available. It took the hotel a day or two to adjust to all the Clipper people but they got there. Next time they will know that from arrival night onwards the demand on the hotel will go up. Also the toilet seat in my room was in bad condition. After the first night my bed cover has stain on it, when they cleaned the room the day after, the bed cover wasn’t cleaned.
