Location is good but not worth $116/night. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and only 1 towel, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel (was stained with grease). Only 1 roll of toilet paper that was half gone.Hot tub was not working. When we requested more towels we were told we had to come get them.

The pool was ice cold and I am not exaggerating. The hot tub was not up and functioning because the manager basically told us he didn’t feel like it. Then in our room we finally had hot water for showers after our third shower. To say the least this was the worst stay in a hotel for us in a long time especially when our kids were looking forward to a winter getaway to a pool and hot tub. To say the least we will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Barely acceptable
Front desk is unavailable from midnight till 6am. Room was a non smoking but they had a plastic bag over the smoke detector. There are cameras EVERYWHERE and signs on each entry door that state "the security cameras AREN'T for security but solely for operational purposes"; like what?! The coffe maker still had the previous guests used coffe pod in it, the paper coffee cup had also been used. The pillows are comically sized for a king bed. Overall not a terrible choice and better than the crackrock inn (Redrock Inn) next door that I stayed at a week earlier on my way thru town but definitely wouldnt be my first choice in the future.
Pretty sure that bag is illegal
Not my filter, didn't use the coffe maker because of this used filter in it still.
Tiny pillows for a king bed
Cup was rinsed and left upside down for reuse

Our room smelled stale. The faucets in the bathroom sink and tub leaked. The picture in the room, the glass was cracked. We could here the people above us most of the night. Cars coming were very loud.

Disgusting hotel...right when you walk in hallways smell super stale and it doesnt leave in the room. Mini fridge literally smelled like a hot fart and was dirty inside dirty in room threw out bed was hard and a very ghetto atmosphere and side door frame to hotel was busted and anyone could come in... Pool was closed when shouldnt have been. We lasted about 15 minutes before we left and booked a different hotel. Website is very much a lie...not comfortable at all.

Moldy shower. Mildew smell in entire room and bed. Not able to check out the front door when I left for early flight. They left phone # to call, but no answer on 3 different calls. And this all costs 250 dollars more or less. This place should be condemned. Almost left and stayed on an airport couch

Owner operator very helpful and pleasant. The room borderline ok. All the outlets were cracked and felt unsafe. The door had old fashioned key. Only one key and only worked occasionally. One person stayed in the room to let the other one back in. Breakfast was just waffles and no fruit or healthy choices.

Condition of suite 126- Sep 24 stay.
The room is in major need of overall maintenance. In no particular order. 1- The towel rack in the bathroom is loose as it is missing a screw. 2- The toilet paper holder is loose and the paper holder portion does not keep closed to secure the roll of paper. 3- The electrical outlet for the lamp/coffee maker only works on half the outlet. 4- The lamp (on the the desk) shade is completely loose and cannot be tightened. 5- The fridge freezer compartment is solidily full of ice.This freezer has NOT been looked after in a VERY long time. 6- The light bulb in the lamp to the left of the bed has got a Big layer of dust on it. It is evident that room cleanliness and maintenance has been neglected for a VERY long time.

You should bring all this that you mentioned to FD and check out right away as nobody is going to give you room for 58. All these things are not right up to the mark.

Okay in a pinch
Staff were friendly, however there was zero housekeeping while staying there for three nights. Top comforter was stained, no garbage removed, I had to go ask the front desk for coffee pods for the coffee maker. The breakfast was okay, but minimal selection and some things were expired. Walls were badly worn and damaged, as was areas of the carpet. Be aware that you will likely never see a refund of your damage deposit as they full charge it and I never got it back with no explanation why. I don't recommend staying here unless in a pinch.

Door on back of building was not secure. key entry broken, pool was freezing cold, hours limited, hot tub did not work. seemed like a lot of locals just roaming around from the bars in area. Breakfast had no juice options or fruit- sausage was not cooked all the way. Not many accommodations worth the cost. Room was clean but small. No elevator in building.

Friendly staff. Bathrooms are tiny and the toilet doesn’t want to flush sometimes. There was construction going on nearby so it was a bit noisy. Continental breakfast wasn’t very tasty.

Way overpriced
Hallway stunk bad of smoke. Grounds around hotel needs serious attention. Lawn over taken with weeds and needed cut. Side doors didn’t lock. Breakfast terrible. Yogurt was outdated, waffles were the only good item. Definitely not worth the money spent.
