Loved that it came with a recliner in the room. Beds were comfy, quite area. Under remodel so no breakfast… but other then that everything else was really good

My parent's room was given to someone else. The agent didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't do anything to correct the situation. I ordered this room because my mother had hearing issues, but we didn't get that room and were put in another room.

Don't steal our stuff=don't want your cheap stuff
The hotel was doing remodeling in the kitchen free coffee area. No creamer for coffee by the elevator. Coffee was hot. When we checked in the person who checked us in wanted my visa for possible theft of their room items. It was late. I gave it to him. Why would I want your stuff? Not coming back either.

We typically stay at this hotel when we make the trip to Sioux Falls, SD to visit my husbands family! It’s close enough to plenty of restaurants, shopping and main freeways that make it easy enough to access yet still tucked more into the industrial area keeping it a little quieter than if you were on the main drag. We’ve always had clean, basic rooms. If you’re just looking for somewhere to stay this is a good option. It doesn’t have any crazy-extra amenities (pool, free breakfast, etc.) but with the extensive list of restaurants and things to do in Sioux Falls it’s a great place to stay price and location wise!

The clerk gave our room keys to us and we got to the3rd floor room and neither of the 2room keys 🔑 worked. I was exhausted. My husband’s trip down to get keys again saved me.

Property is in area of questionable safety with limited eating facilities. Also current construction on roads is causing accessibility issues. Would be nice to have small choice of continent breakfast.

The room was very clean- as were all the common areas. The parking was easy, price was reasonable, the elevator was always available. The beds were comfortable with good linens. Nice to have kitchen facilities in the room, also very clean. This is my new go- to in Sioux Falls for hotels!

Got checked in and the lock on our door was not working. After a couple of attempts to fix it, they moved us to a different room. When we were checking out the following day, we realized something had been left in the first room. They were no help trying to retrieve it. Needless to say, we left without the item.

Check in time listed for this hotel is 3p. Hotels.com needs to update their information for this property. I arrived at 3:15 and was told there wasn’t a room ready for me and their “guaranteed” check in time was 4p. I came back at 3:51 and again was told there still wasn’t a room ready and “go have some lunch and come back a little later”. Which tells me there still wasn’t going to be a room ready at their guaranteed check in time in 9 minutes. Annoying. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Nice and clean
Booked this hotel because of the fair price and excellent ratings. It’s no frills, and the lobby looked like It could use a little work. That said it looks like maybe they are working on it. The room I had was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly. A great place to stay for the price.
