Moving friend out of state

Pulled in late night after booking on line from the road. Room was clean and night was very quiet.

Great hotel lackluster breakfast.

The staff was all very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were well taken care of. The only down side was the breakfast. The eggs were not very good and they didn't serve bacon or sasage in a three day stay. To be expected from most hotels. I would still recommend this hotel while in Sioux Falls.

Central location

We drove 650 miles to grt there and learned our 2 night reservation was actually 3 nights that started the night before. The desk clerk told us that the reservation had been cancelled for all nights because we no showed the night before. I explained to him the hotel had deducted the nights from my checking account that day. I stated the obvious that I had paid for a room that he said was no longer available. He then gave me the good news that he had rooms available and for another $230 I could book one of these .He missed an amazing customer service opportunity. He could have simply said , hey we have your back, lets get you in to a room and we will figure this out?My wife was out front in the parking lot in tears. We are now going to be staying at the Marriot down the street on subsequent visits Hampton has lost Thousands from this . My wife does corporate reservations for her company!

There was obviously a mistake made during booking and I am so sorry that it was not caught on our end. I understand how frustrating your check-in must have been. We are using your survey as a teaching experience for our front desk agents so that this doesn't happen again. I'm sorry that we lost your business but I hope that you will give the other Hampton hotels a try. Thank you for your feedback.

Family vacation

We used this hotel as a half way point to our family vacation destination both coming and going. Very nice hotel,clean room, good breakfast, cookies :-), my only complaints were we were in a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch.....if you used the pull out sofa bed it literally touched the queen bed and there was no getting through from the other bed to the bathroom. Otherwise the hotel was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again or to recommend it to others.

Nice location

Hotel is in a great location close to the action of Sioux Falls. Rooms are nice enough but are starting to show their age a little.
