Great hotel experience! Nice location to many areas of interest, very clean and undated rooms, lovely breakfast included!

Moving friend out of state

Pulled in late night after booking on line from the road. Room was clean and night was very quiet.

Close to shopping, bad wifi

The hotel was average, the breakfast was pretty good though and so was the fitness center. My biggest gripe was the wi-fi, you would be on for 5-10 minutes and then it would time out. Not the greatest if you need a constant internet connection.

Clean, great location.

Stayed here as a weekend getaway. Is right next to a movie theatre, great dining, and close to the major shopping area.

Another great Hampton stay. You can't go wrong with the Hampton chain. It's our first choice wherever we go. Always a pleasant experience!

Great hotel lackluster breakfast.

The staff was all very accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were well taken care of. The only down side was the breakfast. The eggs were not very good and they didn't serve bacon or sasage in a three day stay. To be expected from most hotels. I would still recommend this hotel while in Sioux Falls.

Central location

We drove 650 miles to grt there and learned our 2 night reservation was actually 3 nights that started the night before. The desk clerk told us that the reservation had been cancelled for all nights because we no showed the night before. I explained to him the hotel had deducted the nights from my checking account that day. I stated the obvious that I had paid for a room that he said was no longer available. He then gave me the good news that he had rooms available and for another $230 I could book one of these .He missed an amazing customer service opportunity. He could have simply said , hey we have your back, lets get you in to a room and we will figure this out?My wife was out front in the parking lot in tears. We are now going to be staying at the Marriot down the street on subsequent visits Hampton has lost Thousands from this . My wife does corporate reservations for her company!

This is a clean hotel with a friendly staff. I found the room very quiet, with everything I needed for a quick stay. I will stay there again.
