Great hotel with an amazing staff!

Pros: The staff, the room, the location, everything.
Cons: The bed could have a more comfortable mattress.
Location: Central location to the mall and many great restaurants.
The staff at this hotel was a 5-star quality group. Very helpful and nice. They all made me feel at home.

Pros: Great location, very clean and kept up
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Great place to stay, have stayed here several times and will always try to stay here when in Sioux Falls.

Pros: Very nice look. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Polite, friendly staff. Lit parking area. Appreciate fridge and microwave in all rooms!
Cons: Wish there were donuts at breakfast and choice of blueberry or other fruit syrup for waffles.
Location: Great location if you like to shop on 41st. Yet set back enough to be quieter. Easy to get to and to access louise.
Very satisfied. Will definitely go back. Very good staff. Would've liked couple more breakfast options.

Great hotel with a nice in room whirlpool

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, Sioux Falls for my birthday, since it was in such close proximity to the Brazilian Carnival restaurant, the theatre, and offered a whirlpool in the room. We were greeted warmly by Zane, the front desk clerk. Our room was very nice. The actual bathroom definitely needs updates to keep up with the rest of the room. I was worried about the whirlpool in the room being up to the pictures standards, but it was great! VERY big whirlpool, fitting two people comfortably. The morning we left it was close to -30 windchill. Our vehicle wouldn't start. The gentleman at the front desk, which I didn't get his name, graciously let us jump our pickup with his vehicle. Above and beyond what we expected at our stay! I would definitely stay there again!

Location: Location is close to shopping, eating and movies.
Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean.

Reasonable Accomodation

The hotel is in pretty good condition considering it's age. This Hampton is not the current design, it hasn't been recently remodeled, and overall is a bit tired. But, the staff is great and they really do a good job with what they have to work with.

While the building itself is older, there are areas that have recently been renovated: lobby, front desk and hallways. We are currently finalizing plans to start remodeling the rooms and bathrooms. Hopefully we can get the remodeling done before you see us again. We look forward to you being our guest again!
