The villa Mare e Monti is located in Sinnai and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 140 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. A baby cot is also available. This villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and boasts breathtaking sea views. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants. It is also located a few kilometers from the stunning beaches of Villasimius, Solanas, and Costa Rei, making it an ideal base for exploring the Sardinian coast. The road leading to the property is surrounded by nature and not paved, so a car is strongly recommended for access.
