"I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped us with our luggage and showed us a room full of empty luggage carts. I was disappointed with the extent the first bellman went to avoid helping."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our summer 2026 vacation at Hilton Head Resort. The kitchen had just the right amount of items for easy cooking and clean up. Would recommend bringing own hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and kitchen towels. Bedroom size and space was perfect size for our family of 4. (Two kids 7 and 11) Easy walk to the beach. Shuttle if needed but our young family enjoyed the boardwalk. The beach closet and Coco’s On The Beach were bonuses! Wish we would have brought our pickle ball equipment. Saw sand dollars, starfish, stingrays, crabs, dolphins, etc. at the beach. Another guest at the resort found a large shark’s tooth. Great spot with an accurate description at a great price. Host communication was quick and efficient!"

"Overall our party of 18 thought this house was amazing! If the owner could expand what all is included for supplies I wouldn’t have had to contact owner so many times. Like pack and plays and high chairs and spare propane tank in garage. If you don’t see it on the listing just ask because owner has thought of everything. Also has a mr coffee and a keurig which is nice.. never once felt crowded with all ofUs there. I could not recommend this place enough for a large group!"
