Room was not property cleaned. After checked into the room, found candy wrapper on floor and contact lens from previous visitors. Semi buffet was in a very sorry state and not worth a single cent being paid for. Concierge staff not able to tell exact timing of shuttle service ( was told next bus coming in 12mins and decided to go for a walk around the compound but it came almost immediately after we walked off ) So much restrictions in pool usage that might as well don’t even allow your non-villa guests to use at all. In fact there are so much of negative feedbacks that I would like to write but would summarised into a line “Who so ever thinking of staying there, don’t bother. Save your time and money for somewhere else nicer”

standard dropped tremendously...even before covid,used to be good during 2014 to 2015,now no soft drinks or beer in fridge,in room dining also cut to very limited choices..sad to say,used to be my favourite place for staycation but not anymore

Hotel is remotely located, but we enjoyed the quietness and shuttle bus service made moving around easy. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room size and overall rooms were clean, but little details like dusting headboard, cleaning the hair off sofa could be improved.

Not good experience
I have requested to extend the check out to 12pm and they were ok with it however, when I came to the room, the key didnt work even though it was before 12pm. We had a toddler with us and the room was really far at the end it was a bit difficult for is to go down to just to get the key activated. If this was the case they should have told us in advance so we could activate it before we come up. And they asked to get water from water dispenser by our selves? We are paying more than 600 per night and we are not getting this kind of service? And breasfast so expensive but yet the quality is so poor

Great hotel, difficult to find if coming by foot.
Location a bit hard to find by foot, need to take a shuttle after a short walk from the monorail station. Google maps was a bit inaccurate. However, once you find the place. Great property. Secluded and quiet. The pool was empty. Downside food options limited aside from the hotel restaurant.

Peaceful family staycation over New Year's Eve
We booked a Garden Deluxe room. It was very spacious with lots of walking space even with an extra bed. While we expected a garden, we didn't realise the garden, bedroom and bathroom were pretty much the same size. Our favourite part had to be the pool. It was nice and peaceful unlike many of the other pools on the island. Great for families with kids as the pool was uniformly at 1.2m. Breakfast was either a set menu with side buffet onsite, or international buffet at Hard Rock.

We had a 1 night stay in the direct access pool room.. Everything was great and we love it there.. our son enjoyed his pool time and don’t even want to check out.. will definitely come again! Staff was great and helpful too!

Equarius Sentosa Review
Had a fabulous family time in Equarius Sentosa Hotel Suite for a few nights. Staff and service were wonderful.Front Office staff Megha even goes extra mile to arrange for an upgrade and arranged for room decorations surprise and designer chocolate when she learned it was my wife’s birthday. Beach villa pool is exquisite, large and private. A five star unforgettable experience. If there is room for improvement, just that some of the fittings are a little dated and there is not even one halal restaurant in the entire RWS Sentosa collection of hotel for the Muslim Guests.

A couple of time, we got locked out from The room as the access card was not working. Had to go back to lobby to inform for them to send someone to look into the matter. It was quite a hassle after being out the whole time with kids and you just want to be back in the room. Not going to and fro lobby to get the issue rectified

We were first given two rooms with the air conditioning vents mouldy (one of them with water moisture). Luckily the room manager on duty was able to get us replacement rooms before our dinner appointment at 1900hrs. No wow factor about the rooms except that its large. The hotel really needs to spend some time and money to renovate, as the rooms we were in looked old and deteriorated, definitely not worth 450 SGD a night for a room…!

Overall positive experience with good conditions of the hotel. Very clean. Only downside was check in was a bit disorganised. Easy to book system for the swimming pool. Requested for connecting rooms and was confirmed by the hotel within 2 days of email.

Room is still dirty. There are glass pieces on the carpet of the room. We took the garden deluxe room and the room has a facing towards the forest. If we open the door, bugs will come in. Reception guest gave us a room that is last in the aisle despite knowing we have an infant with us and it can be inconvenient. Baby cot is not adjustable in height and very very old. Key card doesn’t work after 11am despite being informed of late check out. Overall, it’s a very disappointing stay. You could get a better experience with this price elsewhere.
