It is incredibly close to the MRT, making it very convenient to get around Singapore. Always came back to a clean room and a fresh bed. The staff was very helpful when we had questions.

Hotel was centrally located - easy access to public transit. Friendly and helpful staff. In particular, front desk agent, Nikki, was very helpful to us on our last day during our check out - appreciated that she provided us a general room to freshen up before we catch our red eye flight out. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located near the MRT station and in a relatively walkable area. The room was on the small side, but not a problem for me. It was clean and well presented with tea making facilities too. Only thing that me down was the air conditioning which wasn't cold enough and noise from the indoor corridor - it may have been the staff/other guests loudly talking.

Very convenient to the MRT, about 100m outside the front door. Also both Hop On Hop Off, bus routes about the same distance outside the door. Some places to eat and drink within a short walk too. Overall, happy with the peice I paid and how easy it was to get anywhere in Singapore from this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located, so it’s a convenient walk to nearby dining options and public transportation. Little India is just 4 blocks away and Chinatown just 2 stops away on the metro. The property itself is an older building with its breakfast served in an adjacent restaurant. The standard guestrooms are small, but overall it is a comfortable stay and reasonably priced.

The staff is great, very friendly, very nice, very helping, etc. But the room is extremely basic and small)… The Air conditioning didn’t cool - after 2 hours I call the reception who sent someone who put is on 18*C (64*F), by the next morning the room had cool to to 23.7*F (75*F) - so not working properly. The walls are paper thin, you can hear people walking (not to mention talking) in the corridor. I could hear the TV from the room accros the corridor… at 05.15 am heard my next door alarm clock, then at 06.00 my other neighbor clock… Being on the 3rd floor, you can hear the water from the 6 floors above, running down the pipe. The pool was nice to relax in. Buffet breakfast very simple.

We stayed here for one night after disembarking from the cruise. Room was comfortable enough, only 1 pillow per person, only 2 bath towels provided, no hand towels or wash cloths (not a deal breaker, I am sure we could have asked for more if needed). Room was clean, but small, bathroom very small. Hotel lobby and public areas very clean. Staff very professional and attentive. MRT station only 2 minute walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Would recommend for a budget friendly short stay in Singapore.

Great property, however rooms are tiny! But the staff is great and well run, you'll usually be able to do early check in! My only issue is the noise at night on weekends coming from the bars in the north side of the building which can be pretty bad and go on until 2-3AM

This is a fine room if you are out of it all day. Very tight space with no place to store luggage in the room and not enough area to hang clothes. Very convenient to area attractions and public transportation. The included breakfast was not good so don't waste your money on that. We only ate there once and decided the nearby Starbucks was a much better option.

We were given a much inferior room to the one we paid for. We were supposed to get a superior double room but instead we were given a much smaller room with no cup bord space and it had no desk like the room we were supposed to get.

Hotel Mi Bencoolen has the best location! A few steps away from Bencoolen MRT Station, Bras Basah MRT Station and Bugis MRT Station. You can go anywhere you want! The place is so clean and staff is very friendly. And there is unlimited filtered water in the room! You dont have to buy bottled water! What else can we ask for. Perfect place for travellers who wants to maximise their trip seeing the beauty of Singapore!
