We were booked into the Inn at Clark Quay on the 1st of February and it was fine. But our stay for the 23rd was cut off because our Princess cruise was cancelled with one nights notice. Can you please help me to re-book. We are on another cruise in June and would like to switch this paid room to a room in June. I've sent messages to your service department but have no replies. The trip in June will be for 3 of us. Thank you.
