The shower stall needs to be redesigned ao that the water doesn’t splash out on the floor. Good customer service on check in and all housekeeping requests promptly addressed.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was the fire alarm would go off in our rooms and throughout the facility everyday multiple times a day. There was something wrong with the elevators one of the days, and we were on the 6th and 8th floor, and had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with a toddler. The breakfast buffet was worth it atleast once to go try out, especially when you are still jetlagged and are up early when everythjng other than 711 or a coffee shop in the mall js open.

would have liked a room with a pool view not the wall leading to it, Staff offered new room but that was three days later, I have stayed at this hotel 6 times it just needs to clean up the rooms and offer the some of the old bits, food was good,staff did everything for you,Just the hotel a bit tired

The facilities are excellent but I rated the condition of the property a 3 because the ceiling in the dining area needs some tlc. We always choose to stay at this hotel when we’re in Singapore. The rooms are big/spacious and very comfortable.

There is insufficient light in the rooms making it difficult to see anything. The shower did not have the capacity to drain the water away quickly enough so bathroom was left flooded.

We have stayed before at The Concorde. It was still clean and welcoming. The check in and out was efficient. The food in the restaurant was very good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Near to the shops and MRT . Overall a good experience. Would recommend it.

Enjoyable stay at the Concorde Hotel Singapore
Staff at the Premier Lounge are very friendly and attentive. We appreciate the complimentary laundry and minibar for Premier Club Rooms. The coffee machine is also a nice touch. Room is clean, updated, functional. Bed and pillows are excellent. The dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash is very hard to use. Location is very good. The bus stop in front of the hotel is very convenient.

Disappointed on their housekeeping mgt. They make up the room alternatingly, and you have to ff up your housekeeping request despite asking it at the lobby. This happened twice. I requested at the lobby to change our towels and clear our bins, sadly, when we return late afternoon, bothing was changed! I have to make a ff up call before being attended to. This happened twice! And they mopped the floor from bathroom to your doorway LEAVING IT SOAKING WET- very dangerous if you have kids with you- husband had to dry the floor.

We love to stay here. The location is very strategies, near the MRT station and close to the mall. We can sleep well & enjoy the experience here.

Hotel service is poor. They only clean up the room alternative day, the excuse was hotel practice eco. When ask for parking ticket the staff was reluctant to give even though we have booked 4 rooms for total 14 nights and cost us S$4000.00+. Late checkout at 4pm will be charged for half a day.

Excellent location to stay
This is a great place to stay. Lobby staffs are very helpful & friendly. We stayed 4 night for this time, and felt like home. We can earlier few ours to check in. We can ask staffs to get some things we need them. It's wonderful hotel, if they can keep room clean for each day. We will return to here next holiday.

The hotel staffs are nice. Location is nice but it is hard to find way to the lift lobby (lobby is at lv3), ypu need enter the mall to take the lift up or take the escalator from the road side (behind bus stop). They dont automatically clean the Room & top up all the stuffs, i always need to ask for it. Aircon is old and noisy, they should have revamp it. I book a premium room so it was pretty huge (it can for 2 kind beds) but it has got the damp carpet smell. The breakfast buffet is bad :( i rather go to 313 somerset link for breakfast (Paris Baguette, Marche,etc.). Overall, it is okay if you are looking for cheap price hotel in Orchard road.
