Excellent property and a great location. Convenient to Hanji Lane and the MRT station. Trains takes credit cards so no need to grab a MRT card. Minutes away from Bayfront and Downtown. Andaz photos don’t do this property justice. Way more impressive in person.

Andaz was a great hotel choice, provides everything you need whether it’s for a short time or extended period. Highly recommended. Low points - check-in was a bit messy, things weren’t explained properly, also the doorman at the front lobby generally good but we did experience an individual being abrupt & rude. That was our last day when we were leaving.

I researched Singapore hotels extensively and I'm extremely happy I chose Andaz. Location was superb, immediate access to MRT 2-3 stops anywhere but in an area that is not so commercial. The room was large and clean. The staff were impeccable and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone was so gracious but a special shout out to Daya who greeted me upon arrival, Nouri who worked long hours in the sunroom and Othman (I hope I got the spellings right) who worked in the restaurant and greeted me with a smile each day. They all remembered my name. The hotel had lots of staff, never had to wait for anything. The rooftop pool was lovely. I would highly recommend the Andaz to anyone who wishes a special delight in Singapore. Thank you to everyone.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at a Hyatt group hotel. Room super comfortable with everything you could wish for. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The staff were really patient and helpful. You cannot go wrong with a Hyatt.

Beautiful room beautifully laid out with incredible views of Singapore. The amenities in the room were excellent and the cleanliness was amazing. For anyone who doesn't know there is direct access to the Bugis MRT station via the hotel lift down to the B3 level which made it super convenient whenever setting out via the MRT. Took us 24 hours to work this out. Really good selection of eateries and Kopitiams in, around and under the building. The 7 Eleven was also handy for whatever munchies or basic grocery items you need all located on the B3 level.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel provide two bottle of 5ml hand sanitizer upon my arrival. I have requested 2 times to Guest Sevices to refill it but no response. I guess this small bottle will f hand sanitizer must be very expensive. Also, there wa la a very big cockroach inside my room on the 3rd night which was terrible.

Nice room with good view and nice spacious bathroom but the airconditioning was noisy (it had to be kept on during the night otherwise the room would get too hot). The main thing for me was to get a good, quiet nights sleep but the aircon resulted in disrupted sleep, very annoyed.

I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels. But I’d rate this the best. Main reasons being helpful and accommodating staff. Carefully designed and spacious rooms, with epic views. The pool facilities and bar are fantastic. Could rate more highly. Thanks for a great stay. For me and my family.

A Fine Choice for a Tourist
I liked this hotel a lot. For sightseeing, I think the location is excellent. It's centrally located, has a metro stop beneath the building, and I walked to many enjoyable locations like the museums on the Esplanade and Kampong Gelam. By metro, it's a short hop to Gardens by the Bay and lots of other places. My room was very comfortable, except there wasn't a chair with a back that could be used for working at the table in the room, even though all the online pictures show one or two of these chairs in the room. This made it more uncomfortable to work than I was expecting. The pool is amazing! I loved swimming there every night. Service was quite good. It was usually excellent, but there were a few times it could have been better. I missed having concierge services. It was a bit strange to have to ring the front desk with all kinds of questions, as I was directed to do. They usually answered them well enough, but it's different than having a concierge to help one engage with the city. The nearby Albert Center might not be one of the famous hawker centers, but I had some delicious meals there and enjoyed talking with locals. I'm glad I chose this hotel.
