Finca with swimming pool for 6 people located near the village of Sineu, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away by car.

The typical Majorcan stone finca has 100 sqm living space and is prepared for 6 people. When entering the house you reach the generous living/dining area where there is a cozy fireplace, dining table 2 sofas, television with satellite channels and WiFi. In the fully equipped American kitchen you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
In total there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub).
All rooms are on the ground floor, the upper area is used for storage.
There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. These work by coin slot.
This property with swimming pool is distinguished by the beauty and care of the outdoor area. In the garden you will find all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cozy rest areas. There is also a barbecue and a table tennis table available.

On the terrace there are comfortable sun loungers and the 4x6 meters swimming pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.

Entspannte Woche auf Mallorca

Die Finca war sehr gepflegt, Ausstattung war bestens. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Die Aussenanlage war schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von dem Standort aus erreicht man alles auf der Insel in kurzer Zeit. Supermärkte gibt es in Sineu, in denen man alles bekommt, was man braucht.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Alleinlage

Die Finca liegt sehr abgeschieden und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Haben uns auch sehr über die kleine Überraschung zur Ankunft gefreut. Es war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
