This property had views from most rooms. Service was excellent and friendly. It was right next to the harbor so if you want to charter a boat, it’s really convenient from BQ Aguamarina. The rooftop pool was amazing. It wasn’t heated so if you go before summer, like I did, it can be chilly. Food was great. Get the daily breakfast. You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to go back!

Breakfast was great! Oven view was excellent. Smoker next balcony over…not great! Room temperature weird because even at 25C the room seemed cool. Only other issue (very minor) was chairs scraping above us was loud. BUT: over all this is a terrific boutique hotel, and if we come back we will book here!

Beautiful property right in front of the ocean. Only downside is there is no parking available. We were able to park at the sister property BQ Apolo Hotel for 10 euros/night.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right infront of the beach. Breakfast was so delicious and there are so many places to eat around rhe area, so we didnt have to worry about food. Overall I had a great time during my stay here and definitely will come back in the near future.

This property has a great location overlooking a small bay with a nice beach. The property is fresh and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cons: I had a small seaview room. The problem was that seaview is a southern exposure and the sun, even in October, was unrelenting. Had to keep the drapes closed the whole time to try to control the heat. I had the AC at its coldest setting and it did little to cool the room. Tried opening the balcony door at night and was rewarded with a bunch of bug bites. This is not a hotel to book if you have a car. Even in October every space within many blocks was taken. Returning one afternoon from a day of sightseeing, I had to drive around for 40 minutes before finding a space. Finally I think of a boutique hotel as something quaint and quirky, perhaps with unique decor reflecting the local culture. This hotel is part of a chain and is rather soulless.

The hotel is very comfortable, staff kind and happy to help. Breakfast delicious and area nice, although I prefered the beach a bit further from hotel. The beach right in front of the hotel was too small. Even in off season it was full and was hard to find lounger at upstairs pool. You can take bus to Palma center for 2 eur but it takes some time or taxi for ~20 euros.

Very good choice for a solo traveler
I booked here because of other solo travelers complimenting their experience and I have to agree that this was a good option for a woman traveling alone. The staff and service were excellent. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, with a couple minor exceptions, and those people were quite polite, just not effusive. The hotel and room were very clean, and the daily room maintenance was thorough. The pool is beautiful, but cold, and the beech is literally steps from the front door. The area generally is busy on the main beach (although not a party beach), but the cove where BQ is located is very quiet, and has chill outdoor food options and bars that are lovely and chill. This location is not the best or most beautiful beachy any measure, but for convenient access to all the Island has to offer, it can’t be beat. It’s best for someone who wants a quiet area easily accessible to Palma and other destination by taxi or transit, but also wants the convenience of shops, and food and beach just steps away.

This is a great property. The rooms are lovely as are the communal areas and they all very clean. The pool area is great but it would be better if the Wi-Fi worked in that area too. Food was lovely and all of the team were helpful in catering to my dietary needs. The only comment is that it would be good to have a daily special to vary the menu. Overall a great place and we will return.

BQ is amazing. But please don't go there, because it is soooo peaceful and the beach across the street from the hotel is not busy. The rooftop bar is amazing. BQ is a rare gem. Keep it quiet.

I have been travelling many countries for around 20 years and although this hotel is not a 5-star hotel, their customer service including receptionist, restaurant staff are far better than those so-called 5 stars hotel. In particular, Aina, who is the only receptionist, her service was totally professional and courteous. She wrote me several emails to remind my arrival date and time and offer my an upgrade option. Moreover, I forgot the name of chef in the kitchen, he could even remember I ate 2 sunny side up eggs with pancake the day before and I only met him once. However, please remind to book the superior room with front sea view and jacuzzi, you will be stunned with the huge balcony and amazing sea view because other normal rooms are very room. I feel deeply grateful to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and I hope I can visit Majorca again. This trip in Majorca is my best trip in entire life apart from Maldives trip. Highly recommend.

Overall it was wonderful! Decor, cleanliness , rooftop were epic! Mari the service desk in the evenings was extremely helpful. Very professional too. The only thing in the rooms if we had a private door in the shower. It was frosted glass but you can still see through.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is conveniently located accross from the beach and we again selected a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast is terrific with many options and a chef who prepares egg dishes cooked to order.

Stayed end of May and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, it felt more like 5 star. Superb service, excellent choice of food and a well stocked bar. Roof top pool and bar was excellent some of the best cocktails I’ve had especially the strawberry daiquiri! Hotels position is great and has a handy supermarket next door. Would definitely stay again.

I had a truly fantastic time here. BQ Aquamarina is gorgeous, modern and airy. It's located right on the beach, and offers stunning views from the restaurant and beach front rooms. The spa is wonderful. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely superb. But what makes BQ Aguamarina hotel outstanding is the exceptional staff. The restaurant staff is extremely kind. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and considerate. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience. The front desk staff happily helped me with everything, from directions to booking activities. I'm especially grateful to Lupe and Mar for all of their amazing assistance. As a woman traveling alone I really appreciated the extraordinary staff. My one suggestion is for the hotel to forbid smoking on the balconies of the non-smoking rooms. Because smoking is allowed on the balconies of non-smoking rooms, I couldn't use my balcony or open my balcony door without being overcome with second-hand smoke from the adjacent room's guest. Fortunately, the chain-smoker's stay only overlapped with my stay for 3 days. Still, it was disappointing not to be able to use my balcony for my last 3 nights of my vacation. Even with that problem, I give the wonderful BQ Aquamarina hotel a 10 out of 10.

Thank you so much for a wonderful break. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. After living in Mallorca for over two decades between my wife and I, this has to be one of the nicest little gems on the island. We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday during a short break in April. The hotel saw my wife’s birthday cards in our room and delivered a bottle of champagne while we were out, decent quality too! Cannot thank the staff enough, five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Mucho gracious, have a lovely season, see you soon.

I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The staff are lovely. The beach is right there. The bus to Palma is a short walk away. And the breakfasts, tapas, and cocktails are delicious. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Absolutely recommend!
Had a fabulous 3 night stay at BQ Aguamarina. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area absolutely immaculate and the breakfast delicious. Transport links in the area are excellent with local buses costing €2. Taxi from the airport is less than €15 and takes about 7 minutes. We had a really enjoyable trip and found the hotel to be almost faultless. My only recommendation would be to have a clip to keep the 2 single beds together. I know it is common practice in Europe to have 2 singles instead of a double/king but it can cause problems for a couple haha!

Really lovely hotel in a perfect location looking onto the beach. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at BQ Aguamarina Hotel. The staff were exceptional, all of them, from reception to dining to cleaning. I didn't manage to get everyone's names, but I can say that Aina on Reception was the most wonderful. She was super friendly and kind, always going over and above to help me plan my day trips around Mallorca. Similarly, David at the Restaurant was the kindest and very accommodating. I was travelling alone and the staff made the hotel feel like a second home! Moreover, the room was clean and very spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was modern. You can easily commute into Palma or the airport by bus. Otherwise, locally, you can enjoy an array of restaurants and the beach, which is right on the hotel's doorstep. Plus there's a mini market right next door to the hotel for essentials and a pharmacy within 5 minutes walk. I'd love to come back again next year :) Thank you to everyone at BQ Aguamarina!
