"Every staff member encountered was pleasant and professional and extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and resolved a late-night noise issue upstairs from our room immediately. Everything was clean and convenient. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom too. Our daughter was able to exercise in the fitness center while I got some work done at the desk in the adjoining laundry room. The 24-hour coffee / tea bar was a nice touch too. Thanks!"
