" Good"

"We booked this house for a girls trip with 4 friends from college. Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. We had a great time shopping and eating, plus seeing the waterfall!, in Greenville. Simpsonville, where the house is located, had plenty of dining options (highly recommend Stella). As for the house, plenty of room and set up was great for hanging out in the den or in the fenced in back yard. The neighborhood felt very safe and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each morning. Highly recommend this property and the area!"

"It was about what you’d expect at this price point. The place clean, front desk was fine, minimal amenities. Breakfast is a little bit of a letdown."

"Very cordial staff. Bathroom sink was clogged and some old, cracked, damaged areas around tub had something black like mold or mildew. Drain was a little slow in tub. Toilets also very low to floor. All in all a very quiet stay, comfortable beds, good ac and airflow, good space in room. Enjoyed."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day."
