Great for an overnight stopover. Literally a 3 minute walk from the airport. Beautiful hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vienna

Great hotel for overnight connections. I could a golf ball from the door of airport to door of hotel…and I am not that good of golfer.

I've stayed here twice, during overnight layovers at Vienna Airport. It's easy to walk to from the airport. The rooms are very nice, and the amenities are great too. The buffet dinner is excellent some days, but only good on other days (but never bad). This is my go-to hotel for Vienna Airport.

Coffee maker at my room 4032 was very dirty. I notified the reception deck and showed her a picture of it and nothing was done about it. Very bad costumer service

Great location. Walk a block to airport arrivals and departure. Food was excellent. Front desk staff didn't have my room reservation for 2 beds and a foldout bed. I went to my room and discovered it was a single room which had to be changed to what I reserved. That meant having to go to an older part of the hotel where room quality was less than I had a week prior and the Cable TV did not work. Hotel offered to change rooms but we were already moved in, after dinner and it was late so we stayed.

The service was terrible. The employees lack basic customer service skills. Even though the property/room was clean and comfortable the staff made the experience flat.
