A true haven of peace in this peaceful and green setting. The terrace offers a view of the countryside and you can enjoy your part of the garden without being overlooked. You are ideally located for exploring the region. Whether you are travelling alone, with family or friends, my accommodation offers you comfort and serenity in a privileged setting. Our 130 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the villa, surrounded by a large 4000 m² garden. It consists of: \- A spacious living room opening onto the kitchen, with a sofa, a stove for warming up and table football for convivial moments \- A large equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Coffee machine Nespresso. \- 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with 2 toilets. \- 2 bedrooms with double beds (200cmx140cm and 200cmx160cm) \- 1 bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (190cmx140cm) On your arrival, you will find the following items for the start of your stay (kit not replenished): \- Washing powder and cleaning products \- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel \- Sugar, tea and coffee (one dose per person) \- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets). How do I get to Simiane-Collongue? \- By car: easy access via the A51 and A7 \- By train: there is a station with regular trains connecting Aix and Marseille. \- By plane: the airport is 25 minutes away \- By bus: bus routes are available. I am available to answer your questions by messaging, texting and by telephone 7 days a week. Following confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.). This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit. Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure.
