It features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a private laundry. Hiking trails are walking distance through the parking lot. Quiet location, but close to all Silverthorne has to offer. Villamont townhomes are across the street from a Summit Stage bus stop, so you are close to all the activities Summit County has to offer. The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. The living area has an ample sectional sofa, and a mounted flat screen TV. From the living area, proceed to the dining area where there is a table that comfortable seats 4 with a breakfast bar that seats 2 more. A full bathroom is just off the dining area. The bathroom features granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The breakfast bar comfortably seats two people. The door to the deck is just off the kitchen. There are beautiful views from the deck and hiking trails within walking distance from the wooded back yard. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The sink area is separated by a door from the shower area for added privacy and convenience. The stackable washer/dryer combination is also upstairs in the hallway closet. Reviewer Comments: Overall comfortable and clean. check in and out were easy; kitchen decently stocked; showers, beds furniture, tvs all good. Place is a little older and dated, but it's a great value for the price.
