We came for a week to ski at Breckenridge. It snowed most days, and the road and parking lot was always plowed enough for us to get in and out easily. The hot tub at the shared facility was outdoors, and worked well for us. We came with young kids (1 year old, 2yo, 5yo, and 6yo) and it worked well for them. The one room had a bunk bed for the older kids, and then the younger ones slept in our rooms. I will say, this unit is above a unit where someone lives full time. Our kids weren't loud, but we had multiple visits by the downstairs person, who even called the property manager to report noise complaints. Our kids were asleep by 8pm, so it felt like the downstairs neighbor really doesn't want anyone using the upstairs apartment. In other words, while the apartment was well situated for us, you might get noise complaints because kids are being kids (not because there is any kind of partying). ##### Chris S. There were no dish clothes in the kitchen so we used bathroom wash clothes to do the dishes. 2\. The interior light by the front door doesn't work, it appears to have an intermittent electrical connection. 3\. The door jam on the lower bedroom without the bunks is coming off and needs to be nailed in. 4\. The faucets in the bathrooms continuously drip. 5\. The coffee pot has a crack in it and needs to be replaced. On a positive note, the condo is very close to buffalo mountain biking trails, great scenery, and very open .
